Thank you so much, William, for your fantastic review! We are thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful time at our house on the quiet street in Arvada. We take pride in our proximity to the walking trails, stores, and restaurants, as well as the peaceful neighborhood and beautiful deck view. Your feedback regarding the lawn and microwave outlet is duly noted, and we will ensure it is promptly addressed. We appreciate your kind words about our helpful and pleasant staff. It was a pleasure having you as our guest.

Hey Richard! We're thrilled to hear that you had an outstanding experience at our property and enjoyed great communication with our hosts. We apologize for the issue with the temperature in the master bedroom shower, but we're delighted that everything else was excellent. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we'll make sure to address the shower temperature for future guests. Thanks for choosing our property and we hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Catha. We're glad you enjoyed the home overall, and we appreciate you letting us know where we fell short. During your turnover, an unusually high volume of laundry from the previous stay impacted our ability to have every linen fully washed, dried, and restocked before your arrival. While this isn't the experience we strive to provide, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Once you reached out, we provided access to additional linens, arranged for replacements, and reviewed the issue with our housekeeping team. We've since updated our linen procedures and inventory checks to help ensure future guests have everything they need upon arrival. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue improving, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a five-star experience in the future. AirSimplicity Team
