Great VRBO

Great place to stay for a large family or multiple people. Convenient to Fort Novosel and downtown Enterprise. Host was very responsive and helpful

Comfortable Family Fridndly Home

This was a great place to stay while visiting the area to attend my son's graduation at Fort Novosel. My children really enjoyed the arcade room and the games. We had some great family time.

It was a great experience. House is super clean, beds were comfy...all was great. So nice to have a house with home amenities for the week we were there. Hughly recommend.

Great Stay in Enterprise

We had a group of 10 that came to town for a church conference. The 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms were perfect for our group. Kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of towels, soaps and shampoos. The game room and basketball goal were great for the teens in our group. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Great visit

House is very spacious and well appointed. The “busy street” is no issue at all. All activity is through the back yard. The location is close to everything without being in the middle of town. If we do another family trip to enterprise we will try to get this house.

Great Home for family gatherings!

We had a wonderful time celebrating with family in this well appointed, spacious home. The grandchildren enjoyed the basketball hoop and fenced yard. Just note, this home is on a busy street and the road noise could be heard beginning early in the morning, but died down in the evenings in time for bedtime.

Nice large home

Home was large. Lots. Of room to spread out. On a busy street. Enter from the back makes it better. Good if you have business at Fort Novesel. Single story but bathroom door does not fit fullsize wheelchair.

Cousin Get-Away

This was a first time VRBO experience for three of the four of our group who were able to make it. Based on this experience, I will seek out more accommodations like this in the future. Just a couple of recommendations, otherwise near perfection. The gate was difficult for us to open every time we returned to the premises so a little lubrication there might be helpful. The bedrooms could use a chair and lamp, especially the master, and the hot water in the master bath took a very long time to get hot enough for a shower and never hot enough for the Jacuzzi. The toiletries and feminine hygiene products in all the bathrooms were most definitely five star as was the game area for the children. There were no children in our group, but that was a very nice touch. This experience exceeded my expectations and was as close to a five star experience as we could have had.

Poor communications and respose time from management and owner

When requested to check in early it was granted but the access code did not work. When contacting the management and owner no one responded until normal check in time. So we were outside for 2 hours. The code that was initially given was wrong and had to be changed. The house had an oder that we cleaned. We extended the stay and the new code would not work. We contacted management and the owner and no one responeded for 3 hours leaving us locked out the entire time. They need to find a way to respond to the needs of the renter in a timely manner. Large ant beds are all over the yard. My granddaughter almost fell in one of them. Larger than normal ant beds. They also dont stock anything much in this house. It would be good to have more tissue, paper towels, soap, clening supplies, etc....? Not required but if you want to compete with other VRBO you need to step up your game. Poor support for the renter is the largest complaint.

Hello, Thank you for staying with us. As stated in our conversation there was an issue with the VRBO app that’s out of both of our control. Not our communication. I requested that you give us a call or text instead of using the app considering it had a tremendous delay. You insisted on using the app during an emergency and waited outside when instructed not to do so in numerous conversations. The codes were also not wrong. It was operator error. We test all codes prior to guest arrival. The homes are also cleaned professionally before each stay. We’ve never had issues in the past. The home is also stocked with supplies that you rarely see in short term rentals we often get completed for it and have held a 5 star rating on numerous platforms. We take pride in what we do. I apologize you had such an experience but honestly most of these issues could’ve been rectified if you simply followed the instructions annotated in the welcome letters and chat. Thanks again for your stay. Have a wonderful day.
