Parking was easy enough to figure out once we got there. We used the Cotts Court Garage. We only used the car once during our three night stay. Paid 27 for 16 hours and 30 for 1 day and 17 hours. Plenty to do and see within walking distance. The AC was great throughout the house, including all bedrooms. Bebs were comfortable.
Home was perfect for us. Right by USNA and just across the bridge from the baseball field. Home is comfortable and perfect space for our family. We absolutely loved staying there and hopefully more times in the future.
We loved our stay here. This house is located within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Our party was 3 couples and we found the house to be spacious and clean and the back patio perfect for picking crabs.
We really enjoyed our stay in Annapolis for a friends wedding weekend. The property was very clean and amazing location- walkable pretty much everywhere, and we were even able to check in a few hours early to drop our bags on Friday which was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in town!
We were there visiting our daughter that goes to USNA. The location was great, right between gate 1 and gate 8. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we could need.
What a great home! All the amenities of a home kitchen. The house was very clean! Comfortable beds, spacious compared to others options in Annapolis; close to downtown. We visit our Midshipmen every 6 months and if available, we will be back.
Highly recommend - location is extremely convenient to the State Circle/Maryland Ave shops, and restaurants and very close to the naval academy. Extremely comfortable and the property managers were excellent with communication and response.
We had a great first visit to Annapolis and couldn’t have picked a more convenient location. Walking distance to downtown, the Naval Academy and close to parking garages. Host was very responsive and the house was great.
House is in a great location, walking distance to the water, sites and restaurants. We parked in a nearby garage and left our vehicle there for 4 days. Our first 4th of July In Annapolis and would do it again.
This is the 2nd time my friends and I have stayed here, and it did not disappoint. Everything was very well stocked, the house is clean and well decorated, and the owners were very responsive and pro-active in meeting our needs. You can't beat the location, easily walkable to the harbor, etc.
The historic charm of the townhouse nestled in old city was so nice. The townhouse is beautifully appointed and spacious. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything but still in a quiet area of town. Would definitely come back and recommend
