Our stay was one for the books. It was wonderful, cozy, and romantic. A perfect getaway for our 10 year anniversary. Everything was clean and neatly placed for ease of access. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The sauna and hottub in were perfect for winding down and recharging. The lightning bugs and walks through the meadow were nothing short of magical. Communication was amazing and they were very helpful through the entire stay. My wife and I are already talking about our next trip back. Thank you for helping us to make such great memories!

Beautiful home in Relaxing Setting

We had a short, but wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated and designed, well-appointed home. The layout of the home is great for families and the screened porch and deck were perfect for relaxing and taking in pretty meadow and mountain views. Make sure to hop in the hot tub after dark to watch thousands of fireflies glowing in the meadow and mountainside. It was magical. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. There are nice quality linens, and everything is very clean. We did not get a chance to use the sauna or firepit, although we will next time. The optional office space in the A frame worked great as a quiet place to work and do video calls. There is a nice loop trail in nearby Lansing and we had delicious blueberry cider and breakfast pastries from the General Store there. Pie on the Mountain in Lansing made tasty sandwiches. Stop in West Jefferson (a cute town nearby with shops and restaurants to explore) to get groceries at a very well-stocked Ingles grocery there. We will come back again to relax at this home and checkout more trails, parks and activities in the area. Thanks to our hosts for all the nice touches.

The stay was great - beautiful home, beautiful property, and beautiful area! We enjoyed watching the fireflies in the hot tub at night, walking the path along the property, and traveling to Grayson Highlands for a day trip to see the ponies! Would stay again.
