The house and duplex, has a superior unit (162) and a lower (161) with lots of privacy, with independent entrances. each one of 50m2 of internal area plus balcony / deck all with view Beach, Costao, Open Sea and Mata Atlantica.
Each unit has 1 suite with A / C, spacious bathroom with granite and box tempered glass, living room with sofa bed, American kitchen, large refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave, TV, mosquito screen in the windows, balcony with tempered glass, network and spectacular view, security grills in the windows, closed condominium with guardhouse - 24 hour concierge, wonderful gardens, butterflies, flowers, lots of tree, you can walk to the beach, about 600m from Ferradura. The beach is calm, good for swimming, snorkelling, rent banana boat, jet skies, kayaks. The house is fully furnished and you will receive bed linen and bath upon arrival, some kitchen utensils to prepare breakfast and light cuisine. As we are not a hotel, we do not sell 'packages' - so during your stay we do not offer breakfast. Cleaning and exchange of NAO sheets / towels are included in the price.
It is not advisable for elderly people with difficulty of locomotion due to stairs and / or smaller children, due to balconies and decks being high and without protection grids.
There is no washing machine, and no cars / clothes are allowed on the premises - only a clothesline is available to dry intimate parts, and towels.

You enter and do not want to leave, because it is quiet, with an incredible sunrise of beautiful, everything good to relax. The sea breeze / wind up here, even dispenses air conditioning most of the time.
All renovated units can be rented together or separately.

Relax and enjoy nature, but close to the bustle of downtown Buzios, ideal location for romance, honeymoon, rest. EACH unit sleeps MAXIMUM 4 people. Two in the bedroom (suite) and 2 in the sofa bed in the sitting room.
We have two units, 161 and 162, but we do not reserve specific unit, as the two are similar, depends on availability at the time of booking.
They are two INDEPENDENT units, the two units are approximately the same size, have furniture and similar view of the beach of Ferradura and the reserve of Mata Atlantica.
It does not have Internet but it catches ALIVE and other providers.
Not suitable for younger children because it is on top and we do not have screens / shelters for children. We do not offer any credit / or cash refund due to cancellations due to bad weather / rain / lack of sun. CANCELLATION POLICY: refund of 50% of the deposit but only with WRITTEN notice of at least 30 days UTEIS before, prior to the date of check in at the property, by email. There is no early return or no check out. The Temporary Rental Account is made in the name of 1 only person, who will be responsible for the other guests.
Buzios receives a lot of people in the summer which can overwhelm the supply of basic services like Lack of Electric Energy, Delivery of Gas and Water. The owner is not responsible for the consequences of these events, which are outside the control of the same, and no kind of reimbursement, including monetary, will be due to the guest (s) thereof.
