The place is in quiet neighborhood not far from Canal Street but not in walking distance. It is spacious and clean. The only thing I would say but it shows you in the reviews is that there’s a lot of steps to get to the second floor. I would stay there again.

great open space in walking distance to everything. Neighborhood is fine, the Mardi Gras Parades are super close to very convenient to watch and then use your own private bathrooms. The beds and sheets were all of good quality. The deck needs chairs for sitting, but other than that the place includes all the basics.

Friends Getaway

The place was great for our group of 7! Easy walk to trolley car, great restaurants nearby, and easy to get everywhere you could want to go! We definitely recommend this place!

The condo was clean and spacious, it would have been ideal and will be after a few issues are rectified. 1)There wasn’t any Wi-fi, so we couldn’t enjoy the TV until the last day and a half on hotspot. 2)The Rain was pouring through the windows making moving around dangerous on glossed tiles in the dining and LR. Cleaning up the rain continuously.Moving the dining room table so we could use it. (It was also raining in the first bedroom to the right.). 3) It was 79 degrees on the third floor, I asked for fans and about the WiFi on the first night…nothing was done. It was a nice temperature on the last night.4) In the utility room (had to clean off shoes),My sister just missed the nails the was upward in some loose wood laying on the floor.5) Loud music from lower floor.This was my first Sisters trip in honor of my (upcoming this month) birthday …Management offered a different location however we had only one night left and no one wanted to pack up for one night.We were a party of 7…after these things are fixed …it is an idea location to stay.

This property was ideally located to visit the National World War II Museum and the French Quarter. All this was in easy walking distance, about a mile one way to the French Quarter, less for the museum.

Great location for Mardi Gras parades

We enjoyed the location within walking distance to St. Charles for the Mardi Gras parades. There is also a quaint little brunch place next door with super food and coffee - Cafe Porche and Snowbar. The condo was clean and had a minimalist, palatial vibe with the white marble floors.

Our only complaints were the A/C not working most of the week and the dish washer didn’t work. In our case we were only going to use the dishwasher once when we had breakfast there. It wasn’t that warm so the ac was not a real big issue. Warm when we came back in the evening.

The stay was very pleasant. My only suggestion is to let the rooms air out as there was a stale odor to the Condo when we arrived on the first day. Kitchen was very clean and and a few maintenance repairs occurred during our stay. (Sink backed up, bathroom drawers were adjusted to open, and there was a minor repair to the outside bannister. Overall very good accommodations.
