Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.

This is a Premium unit. Come relax on the spacious 11th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and new cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking tools needed to prepare for the whole family. It even has a stand alone ice maker. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Shower curtain liners in both bathrooms have mold on them. In addition, both bathrooms have mold around the tub. I was not able to get the dryer to work. In general, the condo had what we needed but bedrooms are small, very cramped in the bedroom with 2 queen beds.

This unit has some great features, primarily the 180 west facing view and the size. Its close to restaurants and shopping. The unit itself is very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4-6. However, it needs updating. Ceiling fans are sagging, kitchen sink is rusted, fabric couch stained, stove is wornout, pans scratched and rusted, mildew in bathrooms and some of the towels and wash cloths were dingy. One towel had a wad of hair tangled in the weave.I'm sure with some updates it will be wonderful. Perhaps we just caught it at the end of a long, busy season.

Beautiful views from the wrap around corner balcony of this condo. It was laid out well and easily accommodated our two families. The 16 yo and 20 yo both appreciated the queen size beds to themselves in the 3rd bedroom. Can’t beat the corner unit. Since this unit was at the opposite end of where Florbama is located the building blocks most of the noise. We would certainly be happy to return.

We loved this property! It was very clean and updated. We loved the huge balconies and the views were incredible! We loved the close proximity to Flora-Bama, we were able to walk. We did have issues with the internet not working. It was difficult to get in contact with the property owner but once we made contact the issue was quickly fixed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience for a large group

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought 10 people and loved the space. The room is on the opposite site of FloraBama so we didn't have any noise issues. Plenty of kitchen items to cook with. There was a little sand leftover from before, but other than that no issues with cleanliness. It's definitely a walk from the elevator but doable for our toddler.

Great stay - will definitely book again!

We were very happy with this condo rental. It is clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had an issue with our code not working, but management was very responsive and the issue was resolved very quickly. We loved the corner unit, with balconies in all three bedrooms. The only improvement I could see that may need to be done is some updating - it is starting to look a little tired, but we were hardly in the room, so it was not an issue for us. Beds were comfortable, furniture was comfortable - plenty of seating. Would definitely book again!!

Great time at a beautiful property

No wait for elevators which was a pleasant surprise given the larger size of the complex. Needed more bath towels for the 6 adults and 3 kids we had staying. Might have been able to get them from the front desk. We didn’t ask. We had a great time and hope to come back sometime.

Family vacation and girls trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great trip all 3 weeks location is perfect. Love phoenix10 building . The only complaint was condo was very dirty and dusty. Under beds doesn't look like they have been cleaned in years. Filter in air conditioner was filthy and no air was moving. We ended up going to Publix and buying cleaning supplies and gave to condo a good cleaning. There was mold on shower curtain liner took it down and cleaned it with bleach. Refrigerator has spilled things cleaned that also. We would stay again but know in advance we would need to clean.

Very Nice place but very poor cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was very good...we had fantastic beach and pool time with the family. The condo's layout is great but not cleaned properly. I emailed management the photos of uncleaned/poorly cleaned areas (Kitchen, refrigerator, sand and dust on furniture, thick dust accrued on ceiling fans, trash/thick dust under beds) to name a few and requested a call. At 11:10 am the next day, I had to called the Host "Charles" as I had yet to received the call I requested. I asked if he received the emails and he replied "yes" and was silent. So, I again explained the situation and the poor quality of the cleaning conditions and advised I was disappointed and a little frustrated, at which time Charles' tone and demeanor changed became unpleasant due to the complaint. He ask if I wanted someone to come clean the condo, and I said "no, I thought this should have been done prior to my arrival" then further explained to him that WE cleaned already since he never responded to my emails nor called. He did offer to refund cleaning fee. As I further explained my disappointment in the cleanliness of the condo, Charles tone became aggressive and said, "Lets cut to the chase, I don't have time and I'm about to take the offer of giving you the cleaning fee back, do you want it or not!" I said "yes, as least that but you don't have to come at me like this." As I paid for what should have been a clean condo. He said, he wasn't coming at me and the refund will take 5 to 10 business days and then we disconnected. The treatment from Charles, as I don't know if he's the property owner or property manager, was severely unprofessional and I was given an ultimatum. My complaint was legitimate and I provided him with the photographs why the complaint. His aggravated attitude should have been projected to the cleaning crew.

Awesome!

We stayed here with our children and 3 of their friends. 9 in total. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfy. I brought an air mattress just in case and never needed it. Staff was so friendly and the area was a lot of fun with plenty of things to do on site without having to leave. This isn’t even a complaint, but I do wish the kitchen had been stocked with dish soap and a sponge. We relied heavily on the kitchen and grilling area with such a large group. I did have to step out to a nearby store to purchase them and a small container of dishwasher pods. Knowing that now I would stay again 10 out of 10.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great time visiting for my birthday. I loved that the balcony had both ocean and bay views. That’s the reason I chose this unit. I knew February would be chilly but I could enjoy the views. We had no trouble but should note the unit is on the opposite end of the building from the parking garage, but totally worth the longer walk to enjoy the larger balcony for me. We were next door to Flora-Bama and enjoyed food, drinks, and live music there all week. There was only one incident when the door would not lock but Charlie was quick to call a locksmith. It was fixed within a few hours. I appreciate his prompt communication allowing us to continue our vacation without worrying. Location is near Gulf shores attractions and just a short drive to Pensacola.
