Property is across the street from state park boat launch and very close to Espyville marina that offers boat rental. Causeway can be seen from house which can take you to Andover Ohio where there is a public beach. House is close to all local restaurants. Spacious fenced in back yard with firepit and picnic table for your family and pets to enjoy. Cornhole set available at your request (included with your rental) House comfortably sleeps 6 people. Central air and dehumidifier in the house. WIFI with DIRECT TV streaming, DVD player with an assortment of movies and games available for family fun. Private parking in driveway available for your vehicles or boat. Have the best of both worlds! Desk in Master bedroom for you to work from home and still enjoy time with family and friends. 5% discount to our previous guests if rented 4-6 nights. ***Send an inquiry to the owner if wanting to stay less than 4 nights.

When leaving Please make sure Heat/AC is off or turned up/down based on instructions in binder and time of year

Please place garbage bags in the can at the end of driveway so it can be picked up.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Charging of electric cars NOT permitted. Contact owner in advance if you need to charge your boat battery

Please do not use fireplace in the house
