This place is dreamy! So clean and even better in person than the pics, if that’s even possible. Very spacious and light and bright. In the heart of everything TC. Would 1000% book this place again.

Location is unbeatable! The flat was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. A very cool building and space. It is in the heart of everything and was perfect for our family. Hosts were extremely communicative and kind from booking to check-out.

This is our first time in Traverse City. Great central location in TC. Beautiful loft. Fabulous bath and bed linens. And the host was incredibly responsive. I recommend this property highly. It is terrific.

Would stay here again!

We loved our stay at The Flats! The space was very clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the modern, urban vibe and the view onto Front Street was fantastic. Beds were comfy too! You couldn't beat the location and the hosts made parking and access super easy.

Absolutely loved it

The view from the property is so peaceful it’s a whole experience in itself. Beyond that, the house was cozy, clean, and had everything you needed to be entertained with family.

Awesome flat in a perfect location!

I booked this flat for a girls trip and it was perfect. The flat was well decorated, spacious and clean and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend!

The perfect place to relax and unwind

The space was impeccably clean, stylish and cozy. Great landing pad to explore all the great food, shops and sights that Traverse City. This is the second trip we’ve done here, and I look forward to a third.

Perfect Flat and Location

We stay at The Flats every time we visit Traverse City. The Flats are well-appointed, clean, bright, and in a perfect location. The reserved parking space is a huge benefit in downtown Traverse City.

Beautifully designed downtown, contemporary flat for a mini family reunion.

We found 302 to be the perfect space for a relaxing three couple reunion. Spaciously designed and well equipped, from kitchen appliances and utensils to designer sheets and towels, the flat far exceeded our expectations. We especially liked being able to walk to restaurants, shops, the farmer’s market and the harbor.

Perfect Condo, great location

This condo is fantastic! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, excellent location! We stayed here with 6 friends for Toast of the Season. We especially loved the mattresses and bedding, super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Being located in downtown TC walking distance to all the shops was ideal. Would definitely book again!

Great location

This is a beautiful condo, perfectly located in an area with shopping, restaurants, and beach all within walking distance. Perfect for our family with 2 adult children. We brought e-bikes and left them locked to the back of our car without any issues. Rode the TART trail to the leelanau trail to Shady Lane winery and Hop Lot Brewing Co. Communication was fantastic and we very much enjoyed our stay!!

Spring Weekend in Downtown TC

The Flat's location is exceptional for walk out the door access to shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The flat was incredibly clean and fully functional. The beds were very comfortable. Remember to bring the passwords to your internet TV accounts (Netflix etc.). Elevators made it easy to get luggage to the third floor.

Gorgeous rental in the most superb location in Traverse City

We had a fantastic mother/daughter reunion/vacation in this rental. There were 6 of us, and we all loved how the flat was well-appointed and beautifully decorated with everything we needed to make our stay feel like a home away from home. It had an incredibly cool vibe, with the vaulted ceilings and massive floor-to-ceiling windows that let beautiful light in throughout the day. The bedrooms were comfortable, dark, and quiet. The remodeled bathrooms were spa-like. I do not think you could have a better location to all Traverse City has to offer. We were in the heart of it all and just a short walk away from entertainment, restaurants, bars, and shopping! The owner made check-in/check-out easy, suggested information and activities for us to enjoy during our stay, and was lovely to communicate with. Thank you!! We hope to return soon!

We loved this condo. The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. Drive to some of the best beaches was very convenient.The owners thought of everything, down to the last detail. We even purchased the towels, linens and dishes used in the condo from EELO, the store located on the first floor of the building!We’ll be booking our next stay!
