Very easy ski access to the mountain. This comfortable and stylish mountain home has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a separate den/entertaining area, a study with a pull-out sofa, pitched ceilings, great natural light and is surrounded by Aspen trees. It is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. IT can accommodate up to 10 guests very comfortably.

The great room features a wood-burning fireplace, a 75 inch flat screen TV and a cozy library nook with a gas fireplace. Downstairs there is an entertainment den with 60 inch TV, bar and wine closet. The library/study is private and quiet.
wireless internet throughout house. Five Flat screen/smart TVs throughout the house. Bordered by National Forest Land with views of the Elk Mountains and Snowmass Valley and abutting the 'Tom Blake Trail' this truly is a home for all seasons!

The house is owned and used several times a year by a Family that loves to cook! So you will find the kitchen is loaded with all your cooking needs, including gear for Fondue!!

House has a heated two car garage and ample parking for three cars in driveway. Driveway is heated for quick and easy snow melt.

perfect property for two lovebirds and our dog. Hot tub was serviced right as we were pulling in - super clean. Very private, short drive to Aspen, couldn't ask for more. Bonus: the host and local service team are hands-down the best - I ordered some local flowers and they made sure they were perfectly situated before we arrived. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great group house in a great location close to Snowmass Village. My only slight critique would be that this house isn’t really ski in ski out, it’s a pretty good walk to ski out, but skiing back in is challenging. House was clean and had nice amenities…overall great trip.

We had a great visit to Snowmass! The house was very spacious to accommodate our large group of family and friends. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and sheets, and the hot tub was fantastic. Communication with the property managers was also smooth as well as the check-in and check-out process. Overall, it was a great stay!

We are a family with 3 boys who are very active and love to ski and hike the mountains.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this house because of its elegance and comfort and most of all because of its easy access to the mountains for skiing as well as for the summer months.

What makes this property unique

There is absolutely no need to drive anywhere as in the morning you can ski down to the mid-station gondola in 3 minutes and ski back to the road leading to the house. For the return you will need to remove skis and walk back to the house along a gentle uphill for 8 mn. You can also call High Mountain Taxi at 970-925-TAXI who will pick you up at ski school and bring you to the house for $1 per person. During the summer months it is very easy to walk down to the snowmass mall and catch the bus to aspen. Snowmass is a very child friendly area with many restaurants.
