Book your summer stays in style with this remodeled home complete with new fixtures and appliances centrally located and close to everything Seattle has to offer. Enjoy evenings in the new gourmet kitchen and the private spacious fenced yard that will make you feel like you are in your own private park. Close to many local parks, restaurants, and shops. Parking for 2 cars with EV charger, heated bathroom and kitchen floors, BBQ, outdoor dining and firepit area.
The space
Main floor boasts a beautiful kitchen, dining, living room area, and 3/4 bath with laundry facilities. Right off of the kitchen will lead you into the amazing park-like backyard that allows you to enjoy, relax, and dine as you see fit. Maybe even kick on the fire pit for those cool Seattle evenings. Upstairs hosts 1 king bed, 1 queen futon bed, and full bath.

Guest will have full access to lower level, both upstairs bedrooms, both bathroom, backyard, and off street parking.
