We are proud to be one of the few accommodations located within the grounds of the high-end BRG Golf Course, close to the sea, with 24/7 security, no pool sharing, and away from the noisy residential area. This is where you can watch golfers practice and is right next to two of the world's leading golf courses in Da Nang: BRG Golf Club and Montgomery Links. This stunning villa is surrounded by nature views, making it the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and recharge. The rooms both offer panoramic views of the golf course and trees and offer plenty of seating to sit and enjoy.

Please consider booking only if you seek a tranquil environment. Our villa is situated about 15 minutes by car from the city center and My Khe Beach, nestled among luxury resorts and close to nature. It is not suitable for those wishing to walk to the center. However, Grab/InDrive offers a convenient and cost-effective way to travel around the city. Located within the BRG Golf Resort, the area is lush with trees, and the sounds of frogs and cicadas are part of the natural ambiance. We selected this location for its serenity, clean air, spacious garden, and the pine hill at the back offering a view of the golf course. Notably, it's just a 15-minute walk to the private beach. The accommodation is designed with great care to detail to ensure a comfortable stay. We encourage you to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the area, though we recognize that the neighborhood's vibrancy is not within our control.

Setup: The Point Villa provides a BBQ service with three menu options:

↪︎ Menu 2: 26$/adult
↪︎ Menu 3: 65$/adult
➻BBQ parties are arranged for groups of 6 or more. A 20% surcharge applies to groups of 4-5. The price includes a chef, kitchen assistant, cleaning service, BBQ equipment, charcoal, alcohol, and grill.
➻The service is available from 18:00 pm to 21:00 pm. Each party is 4 hours long, with an overtime charge of 500,000 VND/hour.

☘︎ Our skilled chefs and staff provide a private breakfast experience at your villa, allowing you to enjoy the morning without leaving your home. For just 12$ per adult, you can indulge in a diverse menu and have breakfast served at your preferred time, with staff taking care of the cleanup afterwards.

☆I respectfully request that you treat my property with the same care as your own home and preserve its condition during your stay. Be aware that any damages or items that go missing will result in charges for the equivalent replacement costs.
☆ Rest assured, there is no need for you to do any work before your departure. The cleaning fee covers everything, and we don't expect our guests to do ANY work. However, we do ask that you leave without leaving behind a large amount of trash (additional charges may apply in such cases). We take great pride in offering one of the cleanest accommodations you'll ever experience. We employ the area's top-rated cleaners to ensure the space is immaculate. They meticulously wipe down and disinfect all surfaces. Our long-term rental cleaning team goes above and beyond the duties of a standard house cleaner by conducting inventory checks for missing or damaged items and verifying that all home features are in working order. We dedicate significant effort to uphold the cleanliness and functionality of the space for each guest. Our dedication to unwavering quality and service is why we choose only the finest cleaners.
