The best part of this apartment was communication with owner. Monica is ultra responsive to any needs and strives to settle any issues. Overall the apartment is roomy and very reasonably priced. It could benefit from a few minor tlc updates but we enjoyed our stay.

Our host was the Best. Monica alerted me to some issues beyond her control but was more than willing to help any way she could. She would respond to texts within minutes and helped me navigate every moment of our stay. We will definitely rebook when back in the Dallas area. Thanks again Monica!

Property location was perfect for walking to various spots in the downtown area. The pool was not open during our stay so make sure to ask if that is a must. The pictures are a bit outdated or of another place similar to the condo, but for the 3 of us it worked.

The place was nice and in the heart of downtown. The host was upfront and let me know texting was the best to get ahold of them. Beds were comfortable. The master bathroom floor looked a little dirty but might have just been the age of the flooring. Only downside was no TV in the living area, but we went to hang out in Dallas not hang out in the condo. Also, recommendation for improvements is having another fob to get up and down the elevator into the room, there was only one so if you go with people that might split up take that into account. But overall it was a nice place and would stay again.

Great place to stay

A beautiful apartment in a great area. Monica quickly answered all of our questions and showed real care in our stay. Everything was within walking distance and the food suggestions were spot on as well.

Outstanding Luxury Location & Great Host!

Monica was so welcoming & accommodating to all of our needs during our trip!. The condo is in the heart of Dallas with beautiful views. Such a great location to take in all of downtown and still have a cozy place to come back to!

Visiting Dallas from Boston

A friend and I decided to spend a long weekend in Dallas. The place is perfect for two people as it’s got a large kitchen,Living area and two good size bedrooms and bathrooms for plenty of space. The host is easy to communicate with and took a few suggestions we had. We walked to some great restaurants and recommend this place for a visit.

Downtown Apartment better than a Hotel

We (4 adults) were in town for a wedding. Found this 2 Bed/2 Bath in the perfect location. Host is very responsive and communicates regarding your stay. Building and garage use security measures to keep you safe

Our stay here was okay. The apartment was well taken care of but the property and location was a bit… rough. Overall a fine experience for a two night stay to explore Dallas.

Family getaway to see cousin sing at 'The Rustic'

The inside of the property itself was very nice. Parking is sketchy and it's a little hard to find the entrance to the condo. The building is older. Hot inside elevator and hallways and not a nice smell. Wouldn’t stay again.

Spacious Unit with Great Location

The location is central to restaurants, shopping and several hotels. The unit was clean and greeted us with a clean, fresh scent upon entering. The host communicated often and was gracious in providing additional needs and answered promptly!

Convenient and clean

Was near all bars and fun! 20 min walk to deep ellum! Right next to Neiman Marcus!! There’s so many places to get anything you need within a 5min walk! Host was great and we loved our location! 10/10!!!
