We are so very glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you (and the teenagers) again soon. Making teenagers happy is a huge accomplishment in my book! As for fans in the bunk room - it's been considered - however, with a top bunk it's also a safety consideration. Perhaps portable fans - but a ceiling fan in a bunk room gives me just a moment's pause. Thanks for the suggestion - we will see if we can find one that safely accommodates that room. I am sorry that you did not feel that the property was a good value at right about $1000 for a 4 night stay in a 2 bedroom bunk room plus 1 1/2 baths - gulf front condo. The reservation was made for 2 adults, while the renters agreement listed 5 people. When I personally arrived to deliver the boom requested, I did knock and introduced myself to the young person who answered the door. The trash is an Association responsibility - though had we been told we would have made the phone call to them to let them know that it was there - that someone who uses that general area (it is not specific to the condo itself but services all condos on that floor) simply did not place their trash in the chute and their maintenance would have come to take care of that. Likewise - we would have been happy to tell you that there is another elevator in that building that services that floor and we have even been known to assist guests with moving their luggage and belongings in and out of properties when we have the availability to do so. We hope that in the future you find great places to stay and are happier with your choices.
