Waterfront Oasis - Heated Pool & Kiddie Pool

Kick back and relax in this calm, inviting space. Situated on the corner lot of the salt water canals in Palm Coast, with water views from just about every room! Minutes to the intercoastal waterways, beach, shopping, restaurants and more. The large screened-in pool looks out over the waterway. There is an additional balcony outside one of the master bedrooms for lounging.

The space
This 4 bedroom / 3 bath home has an open concept living/dining/kitchen, the fourth bedroom equipped with a queen size murphy bed, and an oversized 2 car garage. TWO master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on either side of the house, triple sliders open up to a gorgeous covered lanai that creates an extended outdoor living/dining room area.

Furnishings in this house are new! Linens, bath towels, pool towels all provided. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you should need and more (blender, plates, cups, forks, knives, cups, etc). Weber grill in screened in pool area.
Other things to note

Smoking
We do not permit smoking inside the house, and we ask that if you do smoke to do it as far away from the house as possible so no smell lingers. Please no smoking in the screened in pool area.

Dogs
We ask that you please provide notice at time of booking if you intend to bring your dog. All of our furnishings are brand new, so we ask that you please bring a bed for your dog if possible and also to avoid letting them on the furniture.

There is an additional $150 pet fee. If there are more excessive cleaning needs due to the presence of your dog, there will be additional fees. Dogs are the only pet we allow.

Access:
There is a smart lock on the front door and we will provide the code via email prior to your stay. For the safety of our guests, we change the code for every guest.
