There is a Ring camera on the front door which covers the front door and an exterior camera on the patio.

Clean and spacious property in Palm Springs

This is a very clean and well-maintained. Two bedroom to Beth Kondo conveniently located 10 minutes from almost every thing you’d want to do in the Palm Springs area. The pool and Jacuzzi were especially nice.

Great stay

A great property in Palm Springs for a great price. Jon (the owner) was great. Two miles from downtown Palm Spring and two steps from the pool and the hot tub. The best equipped kitchen I have found in a rental and seriously comfortable beds. (No cheap memory foam and Microsoft sheets!) Had a great time and will go back.

Beautiful well kept gated community of condos.

Landscaping and quiet area make area desirable. Pools are clean and perfect temperature. Nice gated community. Condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed, comfy beds and plenty of linens.

a place for mom

Jonathan was fantastic, the place was impeccable. I took my 85 year old mom to visit her brother one last time (both are dying). It was a blessed time.

Wonderful place in great location

This condo was perfect for four of us; clean with plenty of space for a reasonable price. It is located in a central area, close to the convention center, downtown and casino. Check in and check out was easy but I would recommend adding comments about the possible issue with the gate and location of the lock box just in case when entering the complex the first time. Jonathan was a great host. He was accommodating with reservation changes and available for questions during our stay.

Overall pleasant

This rental was as described, the main space s were clean, well stocked kitchen, and close to the pool. Jon was quick to answer question and to give suggestions for things to do with our teenagers(thank you Jon). Our only complaint would be the refrigerator being full of beer and a full liquor cabinet and unknown medicine in the master bathroom drawers. It’s very obvious that the condo is used frequently by the owners due to the amount to personal items left all around.may f great-

Quiet, everything you might need, great location

It was hard for us to locate our unit. Building letters are not easily seen. We got help from a resident of the complex. Our last night we helped another renter locate his unit. We were in town for the International Film Festival. This was a great location for the various theaters. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. The unit has everything you might need. Parking very close to your front door. Although we did use in January lovely pool and spa steps away.
