This charming private home has been fully renovated with great attention to detail, preserving the original Fredericksburg ambiance and retro charm while offering modern amenities. Casa Agave's stylish design, upscale boutique decor, and comfortable sophisticated furnishings come together to create a delightful and tranquil retreat for your stay!
The Space:
Welcome to your charming home away from home! As you step onto the welcoming front porch, you'll feel the warmth of Casa Agave. As you enter the spacious living room, bask in the natural light and designer furnishings that surround you - an oversized couch with a comfortable chaise lounge, and a retro armchair that are the perfect spots to enjoy your favorite sports or movies on the large, flat-screen TV. The stylish and inviting kitchen exudes retro charm and is fully stocked with pastel-colored appliances, plate ware, flatware, glassware, and everything you need to cook & dine in or enjoy a round of cocktails with friends and family.
With accommodations for up to six guests, Casa Agave features two spacious bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with a Queen size bed, plus an additional den space that can be closed off for privacy with a bunk bed and an extra wide chaise lounge. Enjoy endless entertainment in the large game room equipped with a ping-pong table, oversized Jenga, Corn-Hole, Hook and Ring games, and more! For convenience, a tastefully hidden washer and dryer is located behind custom-built barn doors.
Relax outside on the cozy patio swing or gather around the inviting fire pit to chat and star gaze under the Texas night sky.
