The unit was nicely furnished, furniture, kitchen / roomy. Living room side chairs could be more comfortable. The john's flushed very sluggish in both bathrooms. I missed a morning of 30A Songwriters Festival events after using plunger for 2 hours to no avail. Flushing issue was not in our unit. I called the office talked to a very nice lady who told me I would have assistance as soon as available. Within an hour Zack came to my rescue. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The unit has subpar chairs in the living room. The deck furniture is cheap and one of chairs nearly collapsed while sitting in it. The beds are ok but the quality of the is overstated in the unit description.

Great location!

The Wellington is in a great location at Peddlers Pavilion plenty of activity, live music, great snack shop, and shops. Short walk down the beach or catch the tram and you’ll be there in a zip. Our family also loves that it’s so close to Rosemary Beach and all the activity over there.

Great location and beautiful condo

We had a wonderful time. Live music played below us from 5-8 and we were able to listen from our patio. We will be back again!

Great stay!

The property was great! Super comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, a few amenities to support you until you grocery shop (coffee, laundry/dish detergent, soaps, etc.). The bathrooms come with blow dryers and plenty of bath towels, and previous tenants left behind some beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The property manager was super communicative and location is premier. Highly recommend!

Fall break

We loved the condo, great location to everything. 2 opportunities inside: the owners suite door would not stay shut or locked and the fan was rather loud. Otherwise, great place to stay and we would definitely book it again!

Enjoyed the stay. I found the unit to be very small. Not sure if one of thr bedrooms could really qualify as one, it was that small, closet like. Overall, descent property but Def overpriced.

We loved our stay!

Staying at the the Village was a great decision. We weren't too familiar with 30A so we hoped we were choosing a good location, and we definitely did! It is an easy walking distance to the beach (I am 31 weeks pregnant and it was no problem for me). There is also a tram that will take you to the beach. He keeps his cell phone on him you just call if he's not there and he comes quickly. Rosemary beach was a 5 minute walk and it was fun to have that as an option for eating and shopping as well. Alys beach was in walking distance too (half a mile) but it was a long walk in the heat! We really loved the location of the Village and that the Village had plenty of food options. It was clean, safe, and fun. It was also great having a pool! We loved our stay!

Air conditioning

Everything was great except the air stayed on 78 the whole time. We did report it on the day before we left and the last night was cool. Part of this was our fault for not reporting sooner. We just thought it was because it was so hot outside.

Ridiculous Laundry situation absurd We’re not “allowed@ to go on balcony because of roof issue..... it’s COVID for heavens sake... In the time we were there, no work was done on roof...scaffolding everywhere.... The beach access is situation is beyond ridiculous from this property.

It was a nice property and a great location. There were several things that needed to be repaired before we arrived that could have made our stay 5 stars. The dryer was broken. The fan in the master bedroom made a horribly loud noise. There were no pots and pans to cook with. Many of the electrical outlets were not receiving power and our phones would be dead in the morning. The cover on the trundle bed was terribly dirty and stained. Otherwise it was a nice property.

Convenient property

My overall experience was good at this property. The condo is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, attractions, and beaches. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The cleanliness of the property is my only complaint. When we arrived there was still dirt on the rugs. There was a strong smell coming from the garbage disposal. The kitchen appliances had fingerprints and food on them. There were handprints on the sliding glass door. We also couldn’t leave anything out on the kitchen counter because there was an infestation of ants coming from the dishwasher.

Things that need to be repaired.

On the day of arrival I received a text the garbage disposal wasn’t working and the maintenance man would be there the next day to fix it! He never showed also looks like others had this same issue. The washer did not spin out the water from the clothes and the dryer didn’t dry!

A “relaxing” stay with a faulty smoke alarm

Several times every day during our stay one of the smoke alarms would emit a very loud high pitched noise. We reported this to the property manager the first day and several other times. The property management sent out one person who said he “didn’t know how to fix the problem”. This loud sound awakened us on our last night from 12:30 am - 1:30 am. All I can say to anyone who considers renting this place is beware. If the issue we experienced arises or another problem, don’t expect the property management to fix it.

Fall Break

The location is perfect and convenient to everything! A couple major issues and why I won’t rent this property again. The washer machine doesn’t work and they came out to service it and it still didn’t work. It’s in previous reviews and they haven’t done anything to fix it. It may need to be replaced. Both the toilets stop up all the time. Not exactly pleasant to have to deal with on vacation. You are unable to check in until 5pm which I understand but you are also not allowed on the until you get your wristbands out of the condo.

Overall enjoyed stay!

Overall, we had a great time at this property. It was right in the center of the shops, so it was easy to get pick up since we didn’t want to go out because of covid. It was a quick walk to the beach (8 min) and was a great place with being on a budget with 3 couples. We were also able to make dinners each night which was nice and used the umbrella at the beach as well. We also got bath towels which was nice, but make sure to bring beach/pool towels! Only cons were: -washer and dryer didn’t work (reviews basically explained this prior to this one - our clothes ended up smellier and so soaked because it wouldn’t spin and drain and dryer didn’t dry well). - we weren’t provided any hand soap for bathrooms or any body wash/soap which was strange given we are in the middle of a pandemic. - we were only given two rolls total of toilet paper for three nights for 6 people, which barely lasted one day. We only were given one trash bag that barely lasted a day as well - beach chairs were so old and broken we couldn’t even use or they would just break in half. - pool code they gave us didn’t work, so other people had to give us the code who were already in the pool Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone on a budget but wanting to get away from the madness of the pandemic.

Dear Jessica, We appreciate your feedback and review. I'm so sorry the bathrooms did not have the amenities and that the washer and dryer were not working properly during your stay. These issues have now been addressed with house keeping and maintenance. The HOA has propvided us with an updated pool code. Perfect location and very comfortable

Perfect location right at the shops at Seacrest. The beach is a very short 6 min walk and it’s a private beach so don’t forget your bracelets that you’ll find in the condo! The condo is clean and comfortable. We found it exactly like it was pictured in the VRBO listing. We didn’t use the beach equipment that was there but we did see a couple of chairs and umbrellas in the second bedroom that has the queen bed in it. I can’t vouch for how well these worked or in what condition they were in since we didn’t use them. Just a couple of notes, and not necessarily negatives: 1. The master bed is very firm. 2. The check in time is strictly 4 PM. We arrived at 3 PM and I called to see if I could check in just an hour early and they would not allow it. Pretty frustrating since I had driven from another state and had picked up some food at the store so just be aware that they are not flexible about checkin time - my check-in code came four minutes before 4 o’clock! 3. The WiFi was slow, making streaming difficult. Overall we would stay here again for sure.
