About this property

Relax and Listen to the Ocean at this UPDATED Dog-Friendly Property

The 4SeaZen is the perfect little house for getting away from the city and relaxing at the beach. IT's the perfect size for 8 people.

There is a private path with solar lights that take you directly to the beach and an outdoor shower to wash up when you get back. There's even a tub at the bottom of the stairs to wash off feet and paws.

During the summer months you will probably spend a lit of time out of the sun under the house. The house is about 10 feet so there is no danger to hit your head. The concrete slab is cool. There's a picnic table, two bars and plenty of chairs and stools downstairs for everyone.

Master Bedroom- King bed with, Flat screen tv, private bath that was just updated with lots of custom shower features.

Guest bedroom- Queen bed with Super comfortable mattress and flat screen tv for streaming.

Kids Room- (Sleep 4) - Bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on top plus another twin bed.

Bedding, bath towels, hand towels and face towels are included in the price. No upcharge. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

We love snowbirds and monthly rentals from October thru February. There is a ring doorbell outside the front door for security purposes only.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Being right on the beach was a huge highlight—we loved enjoying the views from the deck as well as spending time down on the sand. The owners thoughtfully provided beach chairs, towels, and plenty of beach toys and accessories for kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The hosts were also fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our visit.If you're planning a trip to the Galveston area, this is an excellent place to stay!

Beach house was as expected. Great views of the ocean and deck was very relaxing to watch the water. Two of the three beds were quite uncomfortable according to our group that slept in them. But over all, very good experience and would consider this house for future visits.

We loved staying at this property! While the house is relatively small, it was updated, very clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The kitchen had more than we could have asked for and there were thoughtful touches everywhere. The view from the front deck was spectacular and a path went right from the house to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

This property was perfect for us—myself/husband, daughter/SIL and 4 grandchildren. The owners graciously offered use of many beach items in the garage…we made good use of the sand toys, boogie boards, and goggles. . The house was well stocked and we really appreciated the coffee bar. The outside shower with hot water was a life saver for the kids. While all the bedding felt fresh and clean, the floors were not, the coffee bar counter was sticky and the windows were very dirty. All in all, we would stay there again and really appreciated the little “extras”. Carol
