A 3,200 sq ft fully furnished gorgeous, sunlit, completely renovated Riverside Terrace home MINUTES from downtown, the Medial Center, Herman Park, Museum District, ZOO, Rice U, etc. It has spacious living area, four bedrooms, four full baths, and a beautiful large private fenced back yard. Every bedroom and every outside door has a YALE smart lock for added security and privacy. The master bath has a jacuzzi.
Cleaning and/or breakfast and/or laundry services are provided for an additional cost.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a great experience staying in the Lucky house. We had 4 houses of families all staying there and we all had a good time. We threw a baby shower there and the space was perfect. It had just rained or we would have used the outdoor space more, but the game area was perfect for our kids.

We were able to visit The lucky house from Oklahoma with 2 full families and it was very spacious and comfortable for us all. The house was very clean and had everything you will need for an amazing visit. The property manager is very nice and communication was excellent for any needs. Christmas in Houston

My family and I spent the Christmas holiday in Houston! We booked this home for 8 days and it was wonderful. Work in Houston

I brought down a crew of 7 people and needed a large place to keep us all. This was a great place; the house was very spacious and updated. The amenities were great, and it was very well stocked. I cannot say enough as to how this was just what I needed. It was conveniently located close to the downtown area. I have a return trip in a few weeks and hope this property is available again. I will defiantly book it again.

Boots on The Ground “65” Birthday

I was very pleased with the LUCKY HOUSE. I have to admit when I got the address and it had “B”, I thought I was sharing with “A” and it would be smaller. To my surprise the Lucky House was everything it said it was online. We fly in from Georgia and California to celebrate my “65th” birthday with my Houston family. Your place was awesome, I tried to leave it just like I found it, being prior military I have to leave things the way I found them. Thank you for. The champagne and chocolates, and a beautiful birthday experience. If we need a bigger place when I am home again I will definitely lock you all in if it’s available.

This was a great place to stay for the Houston Livestock Show. It was an easy drive to NRG. I wish we could have spent more time enjoying the house, but we were at the barn most of the time. The kitchen had everything you'd need and the BBQ and back yard were great. The beds were comfortable and having lots of bathrooms was a plus. We will look for this next year.
