Loved our stay! Location was perfect…just a few blocks from campus and walkable to Kirkwood and all the things we wanted to see for a reunion weekend. Russ was very responsive. Great space!

Great house for a group of former IU roommates/friends to meet up and re-connect! Space worked well to hang out - and very close to the various old IU landmarks/establishments -that we wanted to revisit!

This is a great house! We brought the family up for graduation. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms, was well stocked with necessities, and the host was very responsive. Bonus - it’s laid out so that you can have a party at one end of the house and not hear it at the other end. The hot tub was a big hit even in winter! The only draw back is the tiny kitchen.

I did not rate this well as a FAMILY Vrbo listing. It is a very old house with a weird attachment between two places. The fifth bedroom is the rec room and it had no air mattresses as stated in the listing. The kitchen is very small and not well accessorized. We went to Goodwill, bought and donated many items to the kitchen. I actually sent a long list of items that were missing or needed fixed to the Russ and Matt with NO response. The back bathroom shower leaks all over the floor in the hallway. I can stop here. The one thing I can say positive about it is that the air conditioning works well.This listing is a great place for coming to town to watch a football or basketball game, sleep the night and leave in the morning.....not a family vacation.

Great Location/ Older Home

If you are going to IU this house is very convenient. Great area for kids to hang out and sleep on the newer side/addition of the house. The original older side of the house is a lot older and in need of some TLC. The kitchen is tiny but does functions as a kitchen for making drinks and snacks. The hot tub was very clean and the backyard was fun to hang out.

Game day weekend

We booked this property so a group of friends could hang for the weekend following a football game. We loved the back yard and location of the property. Checking in was simple. Parking was a little challenging as we had several vehicles and only one street parking pass, but we made it work. The driveway accommodated 2 vehicles. I would suggest to owners to include more toilet paper. Other than that, the shower was stocked, and we had what we needed. The backyard is definitely the best part of the house!

Not what we expected

Our family of 10 adults rented the property for the Thansgiving holiday. 1 of the 3 bathrooms was not operational. None of the downstairs bedrooms has a private bath, and the dorm style room is at the top of very steep stairs that were unsafe for some members of our party. We left after one night and requested a refund for the remaining night of the stay. The owner texted and said the "team" would discuss and get back to me. It's been 10 days and the issue is not resolved and the owner has stopped responding to texts. My 3 star rating is generous.
