Guests are renting the entire home. It is not shared. Campground facilities are shared with other guests including bath houses, parking areas, walking paths and other amenities.

Other things to note
We are pleased to provide our guests with a basic set of bedding, towels, toiletries, and spices to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Please note that we have a quiet time policy in place at 10 pm, and the pool closes at 8 pm during the season. We kindly ask our guests to refrain from loud music or shouting during this time. However, normal voice volume is acceptable.

This house is located within Lake Monroe Village RV Campground providing you with the privacy of a traditional short term stay. In addition, providing you with shared amenities and on site support from our community.

Pets under 50 pounds are welcome.

We had a great stay. The location is convenient to Bloomington as well as a state park with lake access.The hot tub and outdoor games at the rental were an excellent addition. Each room had their own bathroom and television. Kitchen was decently stocked with both a drop coffee maker and K Cup machine. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly.

We took both of our kids and their spouses. The furnishings were really nice and everything was new and modern. We loved the hot tub that was a big draw to the property, plus the fact that it was pet friendly. We all loved how private the property was. The only negative was the whole backyard was gravel, it hurt our dogs paws, she recovered just fine she loved the house because it was real cool since it was so hot that weekend. The pool was really close easy to walk to plus it was nice and clean. Our Aunt who lives in Bloomington came over and loved the place and she wants to make it a tradition and we all come back next year and she will pay for the rental and she will stay there too. So I highly recommend this home to anyone.

This property was wonderful!!! Close to the lake and Bloomington! The house its self is awesome and it sits in a property with many amenities! We would book again in a heartbeat!

IU Football Weekend

We loved staying at this Vrbo. While it was a 20 minute drive to the campus, it was in a great location. Everything they said it would have, it did and it did look like the pictures on the site.

Really enjoyed the flexibility of the facility for our purposes of having a retreat. We had two rooms for the women and two for the men, and they thought of everything with the kitchen. Hot tub wasn't terribly hot, but, it wasn't enough to complain about - really enjoyable stay, and a perfect launch point for day trips to Brown County State Park.

A mistake during college grad weekend

We didn’t get to stay. Host confirmed available, we booked, canceled other hotel and then she called and said she made a mistake. We stayed 1 hour away for my sons IU graduation. VRBO did help offset the cost, but being close to grad and family is priceless. Host tried to help, but there were just no other properties. Hotels are a littler safer in terms of mistakes about vacancy

Lake Monroe Weekend Getaway

This house was awesome. Four great bedrooms and baths were perfect for a large family or multiple families. Propane grill and large deck with amazing privacy. Huge hot tub. The grounds were amazing. Our boys did everything, volleyball, pickle ball, pool. It was an awesome place to get away and only a few miles from the lake. There was a a huge parking lot with plenty of space to park multiple vehicles and or vehicles with a trailer (boat, ect
). We will definitely come back!

This was a great stay! The whole family enjoyed having a bathroom (with large showers) with every room. The family gathering areas, including the back deck with an awesome hot tub, were well enjoyed and appreciated. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the decor was nicely done. (Though the decor wasn't toddler friendly and we had to undecorate and redecorate quite a bit to make sure we didn't break things). We had everything we needed provided by the host! The beds and pillows were comfy The only complaints I have is that there was a ramp outside that was torn down, but not removed, leaving exposed nails. While it was off to the side, it could have just as easily been removed from the property and not provided any safety concern. Outside of that, there was a small annoyance of the living room tv remote controlling both it and the bunk bed room tv, which made it impossible to watch them simultaneously, negating the benefit of having a TV on each room. Definitely not a deal breaker for the house, just something to consider. The camp ground amenities were nice as well, though we never quite figured out how to get in the rec center. Overall it was a wonderful stay and one I would definitely recommend!

1st we booked this cabin in feb. 2025. A few days before our stay we are told hot tub is broken and couldnt get fixed before our stay so we was refunded some money. We understood. 2nd we check in and got settled in and after coming back from dinner and running around i noticed animal hair all over the rug in front of couch and my black pants was full of dog hair. So i really started looking around. Floor in all bedrooms had dog hair all over including window ledge. Had to buy a broom and dust pan to clean. Desided to reclean the whole place. They brought me a vacuum.(they did offer to reclean) but i declined as i am a housekeeper. So yes i did message and communicate about all issues. Also hot tub looked like it had been shut down longer than they said. Attached in some pictures. The pile of hair/dust is from under my bed also found dog toys under bed and couch. I do understand its pet friendly
