Great space for corporate housing, family functions, retreats, youth groups, out of town wedding guests. Access to the East Fork Little Miami River. Sits on 23 acres over seeing over 100 nests of Blue Heron nesting ground. Bird watching a must. Beautifully decorated and Newly remodeled from top to bottom. Over 2400 Sq. ft. 4 bedrooms which include a King Master Suite and a King Family Bedroom with 3 added bunk beds to sleep a family of 5. 4 bathrooms. Sleeps 15. Parking lot next to the house. Wifi, smart tvs. Basement workout and game room. Sits next to the Mansion House.

We love you and we love your children.
…and we want to love you all when you leave.

This is a luxury living home with brand new and expensive fixtures and furniture.

Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting.

Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave.

We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house.

If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know.

Sidewalk chalk should be washed away before you leave.

This house has a limited occupancy of 17 people.
Violating this rule will result in a fine up to $300.

Please be sure to check out on time by 11 AM.
If you need to request an extension, I am happy to accommodate if we do not have someone coming in the same day after you.

This property was great for our group of 16 adults. We had a few that needed to sleep on couches but it was fine. The house was clean and had plenty of large TVs. No complaints at all. Pamela was a great host for our stay and the price was excellent.

Great property

We had a large family event and needed room for 13 of us. Super house. Flexible sleeping arrangements and everyone was comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms too! Kitchen well-stocked with necessities. Would definitely stay again!
