About this property
Family Home 3 br Private Farm Property
About this space
Unplug and unwind in this peaceful, rural oasis out in nature. Private farm property nestled in Central Florida (Groveland). Beautiful pastures with horses and cows, sunsets and stargazing. Great for families or anyone looking for some rest and relaxation in an older Farm home with lots of character and minimal aesthetic. Horses? Ask about our available stalls for rent during your stay! 5miles from FL Turnpike close to many Springs and other fun adventures! Hiking and Private Lake access!
The space
Our sweet farm house is surrounded by beautiful cattle that like to visit and 3 horses. This is a working cattle farm so we appreciate your understanding as a farmer will drive by from time to time to access the barn (always without a bother) and leave rather quickly.
Please note, this is an old home and a work in progress. In between bookings we make updates here and there. What you see in photos is a direct depiction of what you'll find. Older Farm House, a little bumpy dirt road but all size vehicles can navigate without issues. A very loved-in home that raised two children with a few imperfections along the way. We hope you're able to create forever memories here too.
Guest access
Guest will have access to hike the surrounding property (please keep all gates closed)
Other things to note
PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION-- Yes we have Wifi and Roku TV
*PLEASE ENSURE YOUR BOOKING GUEST COUNT IS ACCURATE TO THE AMOUNT OF GUESTS STAYING IN THE HOME* additional fees will apply exceeding 4 guests

Sweet farmhouse!
We loved staying at the farmhouse! It was comfortable and spacious enough for our family, complete with kids books and toys too. It was so fun to see cows and even pet one of the horses! Josh was a great host, quick to respond to questions and requests. We recommend this stay if you want a place in the middle of nowhere yet close to things too!
