With a large deck overlooking a pond and direct access to Braeutigam Orchards, this private cabin tucked away in the woods is a great place for a relaxing getaway. The farm has been owned and operated by the same family since 1831, with the sixth, seventh, and eighth generations currently living and working on the farm. While you are staying at the cabin, you can purchase seasonal fruits and vegetables and request a tour of the property. Come experience the charm of rural Southwestern Illinois! Located right off of Route 15. Only 10 minutes from Downtown Belleville and 30 minutes from Downtown St. Louis.

Tom has been the owner and operator of Braeutigam Orchards since 1980 and is part of the family's sixth generation. He and his wife, Pat, have three children who make up the farm's seventh generation, and seven grandchildren who are the eighth generation.

The private pond and surrounding woods provide ample wildlife to watch, including birds, turtles, fish, deer, and more. The cabin provides an abundance of privacy, peace, and quiet. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Being located just off our family farm is a special bonus as we are able to offer guests the experience of rural living and access to seasonal fruits and vegetables, farm fresh eggs, and baked goods.
