The Space:
* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1506 from 11/9 - 11/24. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

Welcome to the three-bedroom condo on the 15th floor at the Summit Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida! This stunning vacation rental is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for an amazing beachfront getaway. As you step into the condo, you'll be greeted by breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious living room features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the turquoise waters. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the Gulf. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There's also a dining area with seating for six, so you can enjoy meals with your loved ones. The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer plenty of space for everyone.  The Summit Beach Resort offers plenty of amenities to keep you entertained during your stay, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, and a fitness center. And of course, the beach is just steps away from the condo!

Great memories made

The location was perfect. Me and my kids truly enjoyed our stay. I was able to wake up to an ocean view from my penthouse room on the top floor which has an amazing view of the beach and ocean. I would highly recommend booking through Vrbo for your next stay.

Great spot for a family trip!

The place was beautiful and clean! It is on the beach, and has 2 pools and a kiddie pool. It also had other things to offer such as a tiki bar, a small market, and another little place that you could get food, ice cream, etc.. It is also close to a lot of other attractions. The only thing that was somewhat of an issue was the elevators; the wait times and the heat on them. It didn't affect our stay though. We had a great time!

Famil beach trip

We had a great time with the family at the summit room 1506. Plenty of room for the family. Bedrooms were nice and big. Amazing ocean views from balcony. Everything you could need in the room.Entertainment good food across the street in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this room for a big family. Pool open til 11 also fun for the kiddos at night. There was also live music almost daily at the pool bar.

Place is ok. Was at the front beach so u have easy access to the beach. There’s pool and bar to get drinks. There are some stuff in the house that needs replacement/upgrade. But overall it was a good experience.

The overall experience was good. When there were issues the response was quick.The living room furniture could use some cleaning. One of the shower heads were held by a zip tie that came off. I think the batteries are low in the smoke detector or it is just very sensitive.
