Located in a quiet neighborhood but yet close to everything Byrdstown has to offer. 1 mile from Sunset Marina, 4.4 miles to the center of Byrdstown. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is the perfect place to make those Dale Hollow memories after a day on the lake or just chilling with board games, covered porch and outdoor dining and sitting, firepit, grill, cornhole boards. Large area for parking boats and other lake toys. Sleeps 8 adults and 2 kids very comfortable. This property does have outdoor surveillance cameras.

This house was amazing. Everything you need is in the house from games, fully stocked kitchen, and toiletries in the bathrooms. The house was immaculate & the beds were so comfy we didn't want to leave them:)

I believe this is the best place that I have stayed in through VRBO. The home was clean, beautiful, furnished well and had everything we needed, even a meat thermometer. Russ and Mandy alway responded immediately when we had any questions. Unfortunately I didn’t get any photos but I would definitely rent this home again!

Less Than 5 Minutes From Sunset Marina

Immaculate, organized and cozy! The decor was a lake theme and welcoming. Lots of linens, towels and the kitchen pull outs which were great for storage. The pots and pans were better than my own! Beautiful master bedroom and bath and large closets. Outdoors they had 2 covered porches with great patio furniture and a firepit with ample seating. Ample parking as well. Nice to see a rental with quality furniture and all the comforts of home. Even a charger - nice touch. This place checked all the boxes and was exactly as described. The owner was available if you needed them but not intrusive. Great location and a nice quiet road that was great for a walk or jog with some lake view opportunities. Will be back again!
