The condo was so clean that when we first went into it you could smell how clean it was. This is our second year staying here we love the place. We will be back next year.

We stayed here for a softball tournament. Check in was super easy and even got us in before check in time. The only down fall was the place needed to be dusted. It was a great place to stay for the price.

Property was perfect for our vacation. Easy check in, easy beach access, clean and quiet. Property owners stayed in contact with us to ensure everything was ok. Our daughter and her family stayed in the same building so we had a lot of fun with our grandchildren. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

The photos really don't do this place just. It was so bright and more modern than what you see through their photos. Only one hiccup and that was the ac not fully working but it got fixed. All in all, I'd visit again for sure. Had a wonderful birthday weekend.

Excellent location, close to restaurants and grocery. Great beach. Really nice condo, well laid out and very roomy! Pool was great. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. One thing that stood out about the building that is a HUGE advantage over alot of other condos is the thick concrete surroundings. Cant hear your neighbors! Host was very helpful and even allowed us to check in a bit early! Price was reasonable.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, the location is close to Main St. access to the beach was great. We had a couple of very minor hiccups that the owner addressed very quickly and all went well.

Nice Place

Nice, clean rooms. Convenient to nice beach. The lazy river is very small. The price was good but it was inconvenient to have to take my own sheets and towels.

Great stay, great host, great location

We had myself, better half, and 3 teenage boys down staying for a week. The condo was just the right size, and the property was perfect. We loved having private beach access, and having 2 boys who love the fish the location to Cherry Grove pier was perfect. Don was quick to reply to any messages I sent. Check in and check out were easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time.

The condo, property and location were perfect for our family of 4. Pool, hot tub and lazy river right on the beach and close to Main St shops and restaurants. Don was very helpful and checked in a few times to make sure everything was good.

Family Vacation

The property was in a great location. Easy access to the beach. Short walk to local eating places, arcade for the kids, and some beach shops. The only thing that would have made it better was to have linens and towels provided and a place to grill. We will stay again when we visit North Myrtle.

Very satisfied

We enjoyed our 5 day stay and the condo met our needs. The location is close to Main Street where shopping and restaurants are located. Any issue we had the owner was prompt in responding to our needs. We would stay again.

I don’t realize I had to bring my own linens until after I booked. It had a terrible smell and I had to clean when i got there. I washed the bedspreads before we used them because blood was on them. My husband is large and was afraid to sit on furniture because so old and plastic. It really needs updating. my grandkids came to visit and one almost got hand stuck in VCR because didn’t know what it was We did find some vcr tapes to watch though. i had to move the chemicals under the sinks to keep them out of it. The bar stool was broken The communication and location was great though. It just really needs a makeover for sure

I want you to know that I would never rent to you again. This is the first time in 4 years that my cleaning people have complained about how nasty you left my condo. There will be NO “goodwill compensation”

Last minute get-away

This condo was very clean and comfortable-easiest ever check in/out - owner was very accessible though we did not need a thing! Already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Wonderful Owners

Don was wonderful to work with. We had a few little things go wrong but he stayed on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of. He checked in with us to make sure our vacation was going well after things gotten taken care of. It was one of the best experiences we have had with renting through VRBO. The condo was nice and was great fit for our family. We highly recommend this unit and the wonderful owners!

Nice condo, but not oceanfront view

The condo was very clean and easy to get to. The area was nice, just didn't realize the Wyndam was directly beside us, which led to more of a crowded beach than we usually enjoy. Also the building IS oceanfront, but this condo was NOT. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the condo if you don't mind the side view and crowded area. The hosts were very nice to deal with.
