'Just Havenly' is a gorgeous new construction home perfectly situated in South Haven's South Beach neighborhood. You'll love the screened room, outdoor patio, fire pit, luxury finishes and tranquil interiors. Park the car and walk to everything South Haven has to offer! Just a couple blocks to the beach, the riverfront marina, or the downtown.

With two living rooms and over 3000 square ft of living space, this custom home was designed to provide ample space for guests to spread out. Enjoy the peaceful feel of the coastal inspired living area with gas fireplace and 50" smart/xfinity TV. A light filled dining room seats 8, while the open kitchen is complete with island seating, a professional 6-burner range, and other premium appliances. Double doors in the living room open wide to a screened porch, expanding the space and providing more lounge seating. A small hallway off the living area leads to a queen guest bedroom, a full bathroom, and a king master bedroom with smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The mud room and laundry room at the back of the home provide plenty of storage for all your beach supplies. Up the stairs are two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and another with 2 full beds), two bathrooms, and a bonus living room with a 50" smart TV and queen sleeper sofa.

This home has wonderful outdoor spaces! Relax on the front porch and greet neighbors headed to the beach, lounge privately in the screened room, or cozy up under the string lighting in the professionally landscaped backyard. Outdoors you'll find a dining table for 6, a grill, and a dedicated gas fire pit area.

We’ve provided everything you need to make your beach days enjoyable including a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.

Great stay

We stayed at this wonderful home for the weekend. We had 12 adults and 4 kids under the age of 4. From the time we booked to our check out- the hosts were available to answer all of our questions. The house is very new and clean which we all appreciated. We all were able to stay very comfortably. Thank you for making our stay so easy and homey!

Outstanding Home

This home will exceed your expectations in so many ways. It is spacious, thoughtfully appointed....almost elegant. There are multiple gathering spaces - living room, upstairs TV area, backyard screened-in porch, outdoor covered eating area, and my favorite, north-facing covered front porch. The kitchen is well-stocked - they've thought of everything. You are provided with an ample supply of beach chairs, beach towels, beach tote bags and a wagon filled with toys. You are blocks from the beach and blocks from downtown. We can't wait to return next year to take advantage of all this home has to offer.

Excellent location and property.

My wife, our daughter, her partner and their two children loved South Haven in general and this house in particular. We’re tempted to go ahead and book for next summer.
