Worst Stay Yet
Craig and Andrea, we appreciate you are from Wisconsin, but you can do much better without the property management company or a different one. Marybeth leaves something to be desired as she is rude and offensive. Update the listing to reflect that you are not actually the ones hosting and that the property management company is, along with the intrusiveness that the property management company has into people's vacation with the check-in/check-out process and updates required. Additionally, update the listing regarding tolls for 2 of the 3 methods into Cape Coral. We frequent the area multiple times a year and unless something changes, we will not stay, nor recommend the place to others.
