About this property

2010 new house, extra large pool area, west facing electrically heated pool

We built our house new in May 2010 and furnished it with love.
It is the best place for quiet and relaxing vacations under the Florida sun.

The equipment is perfect, modern and comfortable . So the fully stocked, high quality kitchen with granite counter. The chic rattan furniture, 47"' flat screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD player (international) in the Livingroom.
Master bedroom with king size bed and 32" flat TV; guest bedroom I with queen size bed and TV with DVD player and finally guest bedroom II with 2 single beds.
Best-comfort mattresses everywhere guarantee sleeping like at home.
DSL (Hihgtspeed, WLAN) is a matter of course.
(German TV can be received via installed streaming modules on all TV sets).
The master bathroom has 2 sinks, a large shower cabin and a separate toilet. In the guest bathroom there is a bathtub (accessible from the pool area).
On the extra large terrace (west facing) you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Sunshades and canopy also allow for shady hours. Especially the magnificent sunset over the palm trees opposite the canal is a daily unforgettable experience.
(Terrace furniture: table, 6 armchairs, 4 sunbeds; 2 sunshades, Weber gas grill)
The large pool allows year-round bathing pleasure; it can be electrically heated up to 28° C during the winter months if necessary.
And it should not go unmentioned that our house is hurricane-proof. Even the most extreme hurricanes IAN /2022 and Milton/2024 did not cause any significant damage to our house! In 2023, we also invested in hurricane safety (storm roller blinds; hurricane-proof windows) so that you can feel safe and secure in future storm seasons.

(Max. Occupancy 4 adults+ 2 children (6 adults on request).
For leisure activities there are 4 bicycles, 1 children's bike and a 3 pers. canoe. For a great boat trip on the gulf you can rent a boat cheaply from the property manager.
With the canoe through the quiet endless canals and lakes, past the beautiful estates of CC is another vacation pleasure...

Our house manager rents you uncomplicated boats of all price ranges, by the day or by the week.

After a 25 min drive through palm lined boulevards you are at the white beach of Fort Myers-Beach. There are 6 beach chairs and umbrellas available for beach visits.

Perfect home

Was in town visiting my elderly mom dad and family. This was a perfect home to have everyone over for dinner. The pool was a plus. Only half a mile from Walmart. Nice neighborhood and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home for renting

Communication with owner was fantastic. Property was exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had anything you would ever want. Pool was fantastic. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Wonderful weeks stay.

Awesome House

This is the third year that we have stayed at this property and we would be back next year if it weren’t for family moving to Crestview Florida. I will miss this house. It is truly a well thought out Home.

beautiful vacation home!

This was the probably the nicest vacation rental home we've ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and felt new. Beautiful pool area and sitting out by the pool with a canal view of wildlife and boats drifting by was lovely. The kitchen was well appointed, and the layout worked well for our family, with the children's bedrooms farther from the living area. The extra touches like beach toys and chairs, fishing rod and canoe were a benefit.

2nd time as good as the first

We stayed in this same property a few months ago. We we impressed again with the cleanliness of the house and the fact that there is very little cleaning chemical smell, important for us due to allergies. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool is a delight. Shopping is close by. A great place to relax and decompress.

Relaxing stay

Property was just as listed. Beautiful home/ neighborhood. Enjoyed the pool and pool deck. Spent many days sitting in the sun. Only downside for us was the living room furniture. Not very comfortable , we are used to recliners and comfy couches. House manager was very prompt with any questions we had.

Home Away From Home

As soon as we entered Villa Enjoy, it felt like home. The house was everything the listing promised: clean, spacious, comfortable, stocked with all possible accessories, plus a private heated pool! The neighborhood is quiet and teeming with wildlife along the canal; we spent many afternoons watching birds, bunnies, salamanders and fish frolic along the shoreline. Be sure to try the nearby Hungarian restaurant; one of the best meals we've had, period. Otherwise, everything seems just a few minutes drive away for groceries, local eateries, night life and other activities. We were very unhappy to leave after a month's stay and wished we could have remained for a longer period. Without a doubt, we will happily consider Villa Enjoy for future stays!

Enjoyed the house, loved the pool. Just felt disoriented about the workings of the house. Wasn't able to talk with anyone about how things worked, so first night was hit or miss. Worked things out next day. We had to scrub down patio

Das hat hat uns gut gefallen. Leider hat die Kontakt Aufnahme mit dem Hausverwalter nicht so gut geklappt, erst nach der zweiten Email kam dieser um uns im Haus einiges zu erklären. Leider kam er uns sehr lustlos vor.Als wir ihn darauf hinwiesen das der Grill doch sehr verschmutzt ist meinte er das,das Abnutzungsspuren sind.Aber leider wurde der Grill schon etwas länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht, da wir diesen somit auch nicht benutzen konnten. Wir haben in einem anderen Haus wesentlich bessere Erfahrung gemacht.
