Every bedroom in this new, spacious home features its own private bathroom, offering unparalleled privacy for everyone. With no-step entry, three huge decks, and amenities galore, your perfect vacation starts here.

**Main Level:**
* **Living & Dining:** A grand open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings, a 65` TV, and large windows opening onto a deck with incredible views.
* **Kitchen:** Be at ease cooking with a large island, two refrigerators, a brew coffee maker, CrockPot, pancake griddle, Ninja blender, and plenty of cookware.
* **Bedrooms:** Two master suites with King beds. One suite is fully accessible, with 36-inch wide doors, a roll-in shower stall, and an ADA-compliant toilet.
* **Convenience:** A half-bath and a laundry area are also on this floor.

**Lower Level:**
* **Family Room:** The ultimate fun zone with a 65` TV, sofa recliners, an Air Hockey table, and a Nintendo gaming system in the bunk room.
* **Amenities:** A wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and a second washer/dryer area.
* **Outdoor Living:** Step outside to the lower deck and unwind in the private Hot Tub.
* **Bedrooms:** One master suite with a Queen bed and a bunkroom with four twin beds.

**Upper Level:**
* **Bedrooms:** Two more spacious master suites with King beds.
* **Top Deck:** This level leads to the highest deck with the absolute best views. It features both covered and uncovered areas with lounge chairs, perfect for sunbathing by day and stargazing by night.

**Work & Play Amenities:**
* Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated worktable.
* For families, we provide a Pack & Play, a high chair, and children`s dinnerware.
* Enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit, grilling area, kayaks, fishing poles, and yard games stored in the shed.
1. NO Smoking or VAPING at Open doors/Windows/or anywhere inside. Any smoking related trash left on grounds are subject to a clean up fee.
2. NO pets to keep allergens down for other guests and because we don`t want to scare off the wildlife.
3. Any use of equipment is at guests own risk. Children must be attended when using hot tub.
4. Fire escape stairs are for that use only....not an entrance to house.
5. Leave bedding in place when you leave and run the dishwasher if it has any dirty dishes in it.

Host was great. We were having trouble operating the thermostat. We reached out and they took care of it immediately! House was clean, kitchen well supplied. We don’t swim in just any water. This lake was sooooo clear you could see the bottom @ 12-15 feet off the end of the dock! We had a great time in the water! Fishing was good too.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The property was everything and more! We met family from Texas to enjoy Thanksgiving! This property had enough to do for all our age groups to enjoy! We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone coming to the area with a big group!

Great House on the Bluff

This was a great property with plenty of room. It was located convenient to Branson yet was out in a quiet area overlooking the lake. The place was very clean and all the tech worked which I have found to be unusual with these vacation rentals sometimes. 5 stars.

Lovely lakeview

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your property! The views were amazing and I enjoyed looking at the lake from the hot tub! The location was easy to find and a short drive from Branson Landing. The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and the house provided a relaxing environment to enjoy time together. We will definitely be back with more people next time to enjoy your place.

Amazing Family Property

This home was the best rental I have ever stayed in. It was so clean and a perfect for our 4 families staying together. The bunk room was great for all the kids. Having a bathroom in each room was so great as well as half baths in the common areas. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The view was great and it was just a short drive to the landing. Would definitely book again!

Family Weekend

We came down to Branson for a couple of days after Thanksgiving. Everything was wonderful. House had everything you would need. Wish we would have had more time to spend at the house itself. Absolutely loved the Christmas tree with ornaments for every family that had booked this year, it was a great personal touch.

Perfect Home

Beautiful home that is maintained with care. Everything is in perfect order and well stocked. It is lovely to have all ensuite bedrooms and the beds are so comfortable! Very quiet location with nice walking areas. We chose this area as it was a central location between 3 states our family lives in and we so wish we could pick this home up and transfer it to other locations we choose to visit in the future.

This property had beautiful views of the lake and the neighborhood and lake itself were extremely quiet, making it a very restful week. The house was quite spacious even with our party of 11 and we all enjoyed large living spaces where we could all hang out together and also to have separate areas where people could slip away for some alone time. Loved that the dining room table could fit 8 adults with very comfortable chairs! The kitchen was very well stocked and the owner was very prompt in responses to questions. The view is amazing from the 2nd floor balcony, but it's a tad difficult to see the river from the main level balcony due to dense layer of trees. Appreciated the recreation equipment such as fishing poles and kayaks. Helps when you are traveling from far away to have fun things already there. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We loved Cliffside Bend! So thankful our family of fourteen were able to share this vacation together. We couldn’t have found a better place. So much room, 6 bathrooms, 2 refrigerator’s, and 2 sets of washers and dryer’s. Also thankful for the accessibility of the home. It was much needed. We loved sitting on the decks, overlooking Bull Shoals Lake and drinking a cup of coffee. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife, deer, turkey, squirrels, rabbits, fox and so many birds. Great memories!

Amazing house with amazing hosts

We had a great time at this Hidden Gem. Only 15 minutes to Branson Landing. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. 25 minutes to Branson and everything you would want to do. The house itself is amazing and off the beaten path. It is exactly as they describe it. The views of the lake off of the decks were great. All of the bedrooms are private suites. Our grandkids loved the bunk house. They were excited to have their own TV with video games and their very own bathroom! We enjoyed playing air hockey and relaxing in the hot tub. We took the kayaks from the house and our SUP board down to the boat docks and played in the water one day. It’s right around the corner. If you want to prepare your meals at the house they have everything you need to cook. We used the gas grill both days. Enough plates and flat ware to feed a large group of people. One person in our group had car issues the day we were leaving. It was really hot outside and we had our 2 month old granddaughter along with 3 & 4 year grandkids with us. I texted Aimee with our issue and she graciously allowed us back in the house until we were able to get the vehicle running. When we go back to Branson we will definitely be staying here again. Why they chose this property

My dad grew up nearby and he used to be a guide for K Dock Marina in the 1950's. Our family is very familiar with this lake and the surrounding land and wildlife.

What makes this property unique

The view from the decks is unusually AWESOME! Because it is situated high on the bluff, the views are stunning. You will find yourself lingering at the railing looking at the water, the boats rolling by, the birds soaring by, and likely will get a glimpse of the deer and turkey that roll through most days. This house is NOT in a complex where there is one house after another....it is a stand alone property. It is definitely a hidden gem.
