Under the Oaks is a 3 bedroom,3.5 bathroom professionally decorated townhouse style beach cottage that is the perfect beach escape. Located on magical Jekyll Island, Ga, this Cottage is directly across the street from the ocean with a partial ocean view and steps away from the beach access. It is a quick walk to the pool/clubhouse and fitness center. A quick drive or bike ride to shops, restaurants, the historic Jekyll Island Club Resort, the world-famous Jekyll Island State Park, the turtle sanctuary, and picturesque Driftwood Beach.

We have everything you need for your stay at the beach. Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Counter seating for four and just beside a dining table for six. The first floor has extra high ceilings, a grand fireplace, crown molding, and a 70" flat-screen TV. The first-floor porch is screened in with another flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and access to a fenced-in very private back yard with beautiful landscaping for total privacy. The first-floor master suite features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, 50" TV, and a large bathroom with his and her sinks along with a custom closet. The second floor has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, 50" TVs, and full ensuite bedrooms. Both rooms open onto the second-floor screened-in porch. There you will find another 50" flat-screen TV, ample seating, and a lovely swinging bed ideal for lounging or a well-deserved nap. Every bed has a top-of-the-line mattress.

Guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island luxury oceanfront amenities which include a clubhouse with a billiard table, fitness center, clubhouse bathrooms, zero entry pool, beach deck and walkway access to the beach, and a community fire pit. A single-car garage and a driveway that accommodates three additional cars. No street parking (no trailers allowed). Washer and dryer, linens, and bath towels included.

Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
