Ocean Cottage 114 - Box Turtle Cottage of The Cottages at Jekyll Island is conveniently located in the third oceanfront building north of the Clubhouse and Pool. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath two story townhome. Open floor plan concept with kitchen, dining, and living on the first floor. Large Flat Screen TV and gas log fireplace in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen with Whirlpool stainless appliances, gas range and Hamilton Beach brew coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker. Stack Laundry. Paver patio with hardwired gas grill. Single car garage with 2 adult bikes.
The master suite (King) is located on the first floor and opens to the screened lower porch. 2 bedrooms (Queen & two Twins) with private baths are located on the second floor. Both upper bedrooms open to a large open balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A work/study area is set up on the landing.
2 adult bikes are available with rental.
In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar oceanfront amenities, which include Clubhouse with Billiard Table, Fitness Room, zero entry pool, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
