New one bedroom/one bathroom house with loft in a quiet corner of the Falconhurst Neighborhood of West Asheville. Only a half mile from the U Joint and other shops, restaurants and bars on Haywood Road in the heart of West Asheville, this home is quite walkable to the middle of it all. Also only about a five minute drive to downtown Asheville. This home is furnished down to the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. It also has internet, WiFi Hi Def TV (no cable-but stream your favorites) and a sound system that features Sonos streaming and a record player with a nice collection of records to enjoy. Super comfy bed in Primary Bedroom with en suite bath that doubles as a powder room on the main level with high thread count sheets, and an open loft with a queen sized futon and a desk (accessed by ladder-see pictures), Off street parking, Laundry on site.
