Brad and Chris were amazing hosts, greeting and offering several amenities for the weekend stay. The apartment is well appointed and in a wonderful location. I will definitely stay again.

Chris and Brad are master hosts. They created a home as cozy and comfortable as if they were welcoming their own family and friends. Several thoughtful and very appreciated details were evident throughout the beautifully designed and decorated space. The neighborhood is vibrant and fun and Haywood Road is an easy walk where there are a ton of eclectic restaurants and shops. When I get ready to plan my next trip to Asheville my very first step will be checking the availability of this apartment. Thank you for a great stay.

Really cute apartment in West Asheville. Close to tons of resturants and activites. Chris and Brad were wonderful and responded to all of our questions within a resonable time. This was a mini vacation for my bf and I and this place was a great away. Highly recommended for any couple just needing a getaway from the everyday grind of life.

We had an amazing stay! The space is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There were all sorts of additional touches to the apartment that made it even more set apart from what we’ve experienced from other rentals. We appreciated being so close to all the best restaurants and activities downtown. The owners gave us plenty of privacy and were very welcoming and helpful setting us up for an experience we would definitely recommend!

I know that people often write about the hosts and how friendly they are. They are legitimately the best hosts I've had as a short term renter. Great house, hosts you wish you were friends with, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Minutes from downtown. Bird-filled back yard. What else could one ask for? Highest recommendation.

This cozy apartment was the perfect location for exploring West Asheville and easily accessible to the greater Asheville area. The location is an 8-minute walk to Haywood and all of the shops, restaurants and my favorite coffee house! Brad and Chris were wonderful hosts and very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment is beautifully appointed with a full kitchen and hotel quality bathroom with (surprise bonus!) a Japanese-style toilet. They did a beautiful job renovating the property so everything is new and Chris also has a green thumb so the flowers around the house are beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Check in was a breeze and Brad/Chris were a pleasure to work with. The apartment is in a very convenient location being just a short drive to downtown Asheville. 10/10 would recommend.

The Misters are top notch hosts! They were so kind, provided a plethora of recommendations and welcomed us with a very easy check-in process. The space is absolutely stunning! It is quaint, homey, and comfortable. We absolutely loved the vibe and everything about our stay. 10/10 would recommend!!

Perfect Asheville Stay!Beautiful, spotless, upscale apartment in a remodeled craftsman bungalow. Thoughtfully stocked with local goodies and every high-end touch. The host was AMAZING—so welcoming and accommodating (even greeted us with umbrellas in the rain!). Quiet neighborhood but just blocks from great West Asheville restaurants. Bonus: complimentary Level 2 EV charger! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

We were impressed with the space and had a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close to most everything. The hosts communicated often with clear instructions. This is an apartment, so just know that there may be some foot noise coming from above.

We can’t recommend staying with Brad and Chris enough! We loved our stay. The neighborhood was fab. The place was extra. And the hospitality couldn’t be beat. If you’re looking for a central West Asheville location, I insist you rent here! You won’t regret it. We stayed June 2025. Asheville is open and ready for your tourist dollars to recover from the hurricane. Go! Support this great community!
