Welcome to Beaver Lake Lodges/ Newly Renovated/ Asheville NC/302

Completely remodeled unit done in 2025 Located five minutes from downtown, easy access to everything Asheville has to offer. The lodge is within walking distance of a YMCA, several restaurants, and Beaver Lake. The Blue Ridge parkway and many other hiking destinations are ten minutes or less drive from our site.
Our lodges have private entrances with key-less entry, fully equipped kitchens, and comfortable furnishings. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible and welcome request from our guest to accommodate specific needs.

Perfect little getaway!

My family and I had wonderful time exploring Asheville and so glad we picked this place. Newly renovated, less than 10 minutes to downtown. Right next to Beaver Lake! Patrick was easy to reach and helpful whenever we needed something.

Great place to stay!

My wife and I were in Asheville for a conference and this was the perfect place for us! It was incredibly clean and comfortable and had great access to the highway. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This was perfect for us. Easy to get around from here and it was plenty of room for a couple. We were basically there to sleep and shower.

Great location, great stay

We stayed for a short weekend trip in November 2023. The property is in a great location, easy to drive everywhere. Lovely creek out back. Amenities were perfect for a short stay and the owner was fabulous to work with. Easy check in/check out. Will definitely stay here again!

Easy access to Asheville!

We loved staying here! The apartment is spacious and clean and Patrick was really communicative and helpful. Downtown Asheville was just a quick 10 minute drive away which made it easy to drive or take a Lyft to check out the nightlife. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect

This property was clean, quiet and perfect for our trip. Close to downtown where we spent most of our time this trip. Pet friendly Only suggestion is better pillows on the bed! We throughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely be our first choice anytime we need to stay in Asheville.
