アパートには、32インチのテレビ、75チャンネルのケーブル、高速WiFi接続が備わっています。
ベッドルームにはダブルベッドと大きなワードローブがあります。 リネンとタオルが含まれています。

Being on the third floor, up more than 30 steep stairs (no lift), it was not really suitable for a guest nearer to 80 than 70 years old.It was showing signs of wear and tear, but was basically functioning, though the main door lock was quite temperamental.Very conveniently situated, particularly for those seeking nightlife.

The place waa beyond expectations. It was in the middle of everything. Most was walking distance or a quick uber ride. The apartment was clean, modern and had everythingwe needed. When we come back to Lisbon we will be booking this flat again.

Appartement très propre et bien placé.Au coeur de la ville!!Il ne manque rien!! Tout y est, vaisselle, lave vaisselle, lave linge, cafetière ...mais pas de clim, ça nous a manqué !!L accès au 3e étage est un peu exigu, mais on était prévenu. Ne conviendrai pas a des personnes a mobilité réduite.

good location for fun

The apartment is spacious and clean, located in a popular area that’s convenient during the day. However, it gets very noisy at night due to nearby clubs, making it hard to sleep in the living room. My friend couldn’t rest on the sofa and had to move to the kitchen area instead.That said, it’s a good option if both guests stay in the bedroom, as it's quiet at night. Just note that the bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning, but there is a fan provided.The kitchen is well-equipped, with a laundry machine and plenty of useful amenities like a coffee maker.There was also an issue with the bedroom door knob—it was broken, and I got locked inside. Thankfully, my roommate was able to open it from the outside.One big plus is the manager—they’re very responsive and helpful. Whenever you send a message, they reply right away and address concerns promptly.

In the heart of Bairro Alto

This place is in the middle of the party district. Lots of restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to Cais do Sodre and points north. Even with the large (and loud) crowds on the weekend, the bedroom was pretty quiet. The space was comfortable. It was a perfect location for our adventures.

Stay in Lisbon

Great location in barrio alto. Easy access to trains for day trips. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Busy area so need to be ok with noise from local bars etc but that wasn’t an issue for sleeping. Also stairs up to the apt so some may not want that but ok for us. The area is hilly overall. Great stay and responsive hosts.

Good, but could easily be better

The apartment is spacious. It is in an excellent location for walking and close to public transportation. While the neighborhood is very lively at night, the location of the bedroom allows you to sleep in quiet. The reasons for getting a “good” rating rather than “excellent” is due to several small issues that could easily be fixed, but were not. For example the handle on the bedroom door was broken as were the nobs to some of the furniture. In other instances when we have stayed longer as we did this time, owners have come by and switched bedding. Here, new sheets were just dropped off. We also were given only one hand towel and one bath towel per person for a week. The hot water also stopped working twice, although he did come to check it out when we alerted him. There were other similar small issues. Nothing horrible, but not excellent.

Nice flat - no service from host

The flat was nice and well presented in the listing, the directions to the flat we not listed at all and we did not receive the specific check-in instructions until 1 hour before check-in the host did not communicate promptly, and he was rude when we needed to check in at 8 pm due to flight delays. He also failed to mention that the streets were closed to vehicles the flat was 5 blocks uphill from the main street and you had to drag your bags through cobble streets. All that said it was a nice flat with a nice atmosphere. The neighbors are very loud late at night, you are in an old town flat so that was to be expected (somewhat). We ran out of hot water the last evening before departure and he did not bother to come and provide batteries for the water heater. I would recommend a flat if you are a flexible traveler however recommend having a more professional property manager.

logement bien situé pour faire la visite des secteurs de Lisbonne

La situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter à pieds. Personnellement , j'ai trouvé les soirées/ nuits très bruyantes dans le logement . Si vous n'utilisez que la chambre , le bruit est moindre mais presqu'impossible de pourvoir fermer l'oeil si l'on couche sur la sofa lit au salon. Autrement tout était comme sur les photos . MERCI

On the 3rd floor, narrow stairs, no problem for us. Nice location in nightlife district, but quiet, no nightlife. Spacious apartment with complete equipment.

Place was nice. Very clean, and had everything you need. On weekends there is about 100 people outside the window till 3am. I thought it was fun, good people-watching, but might not be suited for everyone.Not overly comfortable to stay alone, just felt creepy. Good for a young couple

Quiet apartment in a busy neighborhood

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 2 nights . large , well appointed kitchen. The apartment is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Despite the noise from young people partying in the area the bedroom is in the back and very quiet . There is a good grocery store close by and all the sites are within walking distance .

Great time

Definitely a very active night time scene. Bedroom is in the back so outside activity noise was not an issue. Lots of option for exploring Lisbon. Great location for restaurants.

Not so great. It looked like nobody had checked the apartment out before we finally arrived with Luís. There were dishes still in the dishwasher and the WiFi was not working when we arrived, and was never fixed during our 4 day stay

Great spot

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Being in the heart of Bairro Alto is very unique in that you are surrounded by great little restaurants and bars which leads to a really lively experience. While it can be noisy in the evening, the back bedroom is nice and quiet. The stairs to the third floor are a bit of a challenge, especially with luggage but so are the hills throuohout Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent for location and price

This apartment is surprisingly large for the area. Extremely clean and well maintained. Location is amazing if you enjoy a lively night life neighborhood. However, even with all the hustle and bustle of the vibrant street, the noise does not carry to the back bedroom. Be prepared for many steps up to the apartment but well worth it.

Roomy place with nice kitchen

Third floor walk up in great neighborhood, apartment insulated from vibrant neighborhood noise, very roomy, comfortable bed. Could use some attention to shower drain and new shower curtain and living room fan which wouldn’t stay upright. Good washer and lines for drying clothes. Lots of drawers and wardrobe for unpacking clothes.

The apartment is located in a typical quarter of Lisbon, close to different means of transport and points of interest (São Carlos and D. Maria II National Theatres, Trindade and São Luiz Theatres, Chiado Museum, Design and Fashion Museum, Carmo Archaeological Museum, Science Museum, Natural History Museum, belvederes, cinemas, libraries, fado restaurants, restaurants, bars, and so on). One of the city’s best viewing point is at Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, near the Solar do Vinho do Porto for wine tasting. The area is also well known for its many fado music venues. In fact you might ear fado trough the apartment balconies in the evening. A little North, Princípe Real is a gay-friendly extension of the area, boasting antique shops and galleries, as well as its namesake square and park of exotic plants.

Just 50 meters from the apartments door, you can catch Tram nº 28 – a scenic stroll will take you to the Castelo de São Jorge, perched in the Alfama cliffs.
