If location is a priority for your getaway this is a great choice. This house is tucked away in a tranquil residential neighborhood close to Arnolds Amusement Park. Spacious house with open living room and adjacent fully equipped kitchen with island and dining room table. Coffee machine for single cup use or full pot of coffee for use. All sleeping areas are equipped with Roku access tvs. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Master Bedroom Suite with new King size bed and newly remodeled bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower. Two bedrooms have new queen size beds with dressers, nightstands, and ceiling fans. Sleep option number four has a cozy trundle bed and an additional twin bed. Second bathroom has full tub/shower.
A small patio with open backyard with patio seating with a table and fire pit. There is a grill to be rolled out from the garage. The neighboring antique store collections are visible from the backyard. Possible parking for 2 vehicles in an attached garage, could fit additional 3-4 vehicles in driveway depending on size of vehicles. Walking distance to Arnolds Amusement Park, restaurants, and shopping at the Emporium. You are minutes away from many activities and public beach or you can retreat back to the tranquility of the house. This delightful and welcoming house is in a nice residential area where residents live on a full time basis.

My family had a great visit staying here over the 4th of July weekend. The house was well-decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything you could need for a vacation. Arnold's Park was only about a 10 min walk away. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time, the sun room/porch where the twin beds are located tends to get a little warm, but our kiddos had a great slumber party in there nonetheless.We were able to walk pretty easily to everything, including a great coffee bar/wine bar (dependant upon the time of day) just around the corner.

I am from west-central Iowa but am located in the Okoboji area as a business owner so I am local during the busy season. I want to create a place where families, multi-family units, and friend groups can enjoy a fully equipped house to be close to activities and attractions, but still have a place that can be quiet and calm. This house is tucked away from the beaten path but has close easy access to attractions and restaurants. Come and enjoy this home and location. I am most likely minutes away to assist with any issues with the house. My husband and I enjoy sailing on the lakes and dancing together.

Why they chose this property

House is close to the heart of Okoboji. Location is everything to me. House is on a street that is on a cul-de-sac. The street is near the edge of the Emerald Hills Golf Course. Back property line and backyard is on the backside of the Antique store. The location is within walking distance to Arnold's Park, shops, and restaurants, or a short drive to other entertainment. This house is not to be used as a party house as many residents live and go to work in the mornings. Please be considerate during the city’s quiet hours from 11pm to 7 am.
