Couldn’t Have Had a Nicer Stay!

We loved the Parrot Perch so much! A few members of my bridal party and I stayed here for a week for my bachelorette celebration, and it was perfect. In the past, my homestays have been much smaller in person than they appeared on the listing, but not this time! The space exceeded our expectations and felt so welcoming and cozy. Unbeatable location, powerful A/C, and delicious key lime pie left for us to enjoy upon our arrival! Our only issue was that the floors were pretty dirty, and our feet would turn black after walking around barefoot. Overall, though, the Perch was exactly what we were looking for, and we would absolutely book again!

Delightful Stay in Great Location

This property was well-maintained and appointed, and I loved that it was on the second floor, so it had some space away from the street. Quiet location with two spots to enjoy the outdoors. Lacked nothing - it was very well stocked, and I was very pleased. Very clean and the perfect spot for a single traveler or small family. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Great and convenient to everything

Suzy’s Parrot Perch was perfect for my husband and I and our two grown daughters. We walked everywhere from one end of the island to the other. Very convenient to Duvall Street but quiet when we were ready to call it a night:) It was exactly as shown in the photos. I would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip

The condo was super clean and perfect. Location was great-right next to Duval but quiet. Walked to most everywhere we went. The team at the office was a concierge service-fantastic! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

My friends and I loved staying here! The space was clean, easy to find, well-located, and better in person than the pictures. Management was easy to communicate with leading up to the trip and during the trip. I would recommend the space!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to many main attractions. We did rack up 13 miles walking in 3 days by our choosing to walk rather than other transportation.

Perfect getaway location

While searching for where we'd stay on the vacation, this property stood out for a few reasons. Price was good, location was incredible and the size was ideal. The communication with the property manager started weeks ahead of our arrival which was new and welcomed. There were a number of questions they had which made our stay even better. However, after checking in, our expectations were exceeded. Not only were we 2 blocks from Duvall, but it's a 3 block walk to the Hemingway property, 2 blocks to the lighthouse, and 4 blocks to the Southern Most Point. Due to this amazing location, we hardly had to drive at all. The property included both a perk pot and Keurig coffee options and a wonderful assortment of dishes, pots and pans, and caserole dishes. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Experience

We had an amazing stay at Suzy's Parrot Perch with Last Key Realty! From the moment we booked, we were contacted by our wonderful host, Christian, and soon after, their complimentary concierge service reached out to us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Our kids loved the unique layout and design, especially the two porches. The home had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer, which were so convenient for our stay in Key West. The location was perfect—just a short walk or bike ride to the water and situated on the quieter side of Duval Street. We also appreciated the book full of local recommendations provided for us. Christian was in constant contact with us, extremely helpful, and very responsive to any of our needs. We would definitely stay here again and will always look for properties with Last Key Realty in the future. Highly recommend!

Check out process

We were told checkout was at 10AM and notified the realtor that we would be gone by then. At 9:25AM, without a knock we heard the door being unlocked without any notice whatsoever. He opened the door and we were all startled and scared that a stranger was entering. We had someone changing at the time and felt violated. This worried us at the time because no notice was given that they would barge in before checkout time. Not only that, the cleaning lady came in 5 minutes before checkout time and let herself in and just started cleaning as we were finishing packing. This was unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable.
