Welcome to our stylish, yet cozy home. We offer a spacious 2 bedroom unit, with every amenity needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay! You, or your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are 10 mins from Downtown Cincinnati and 20 mins from CVG airport. Have kiddos, we are 6 mins from the Zoo, and 10 from Cincinnati Museum Center and Children’s museum. We can help with an array of extra services if needed, just ask!

Beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom with 2 TVs. The larger bedroom has a smart tv in it This is one unit of a duplex. Very quiet suburb of Cincinnati. Walkable neighborhood. Off street parking in the private driveway. We are fully stocked with every amenity for a comfortable stay. Including all linens, and bath needs. Close proximity to all hospitals for traveling nurses. 7 mins to Xavier University and about 10 to University of Cincinnati ( UC ) 2 mins from a major grocery store chain.

Small, quiet neighborhood. A hidden gem. Suburban feel, but city proximity!

Early check-in, or late check-out if available for a fee of $20 before or past 1 hour
*No pets on furniture please! If you allow your pet on the furniture, or bed there will be a $200 fee. We can’t allow this, as we have guest that book with allergies to pets.

* Please do not look out the blinds by bending them. The blinds are photographed before and after every guest. In the event that you bend, or break one, there will be a $50 charge per blind.

* Outside guest that are not on the reservation, are NOT PERMITTED without permission from your host

* *Quite time is 10pm during the week, & 11pm on weekends! Please be mindful of the guest downstairs.

It was a great stay. The neighborhood was a little interesting, but the rental was clean and nice. Contacting the host was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great! Very clean, loved the minimalist decoration (a good break from our busy, cluttered home), host was easy to contact and very friendly! The only thing we wish we would’ve known before booking was that this is the upstairs unit to the duplex. We have stomping children so we were worried for the downstairs neighbors while they were there. If it were clearly labeled the upper floor of a duplex, we would’ve tried to find something less stressful.
