Lovely water view sunsets, private mature garden and access to bay across street for kayaking, paddle board or small boat. 5 minutes by bike or car to historic sag village district. Recently renovated home with gourmet kitchen, butlers pantry and stylish wine bar. Very private 3br 2 bath upstairs and large private downstairs apartment with additional 2br, large home office (with additional queen size sofa bed), wet bar and private entrance. Fully enclosed back yard with mature garden and bbq area, new hot tub with bar area. Great hammocks, sitting area in front to enjoy lovely sunset water views.
