Outstanding Property & Owner!

Our family / extended family was in town for over a week for the Hampton Classic horse show. We all enjoyed or stay at this wonderful home: beautiful newly renovated open space, outstanding kitchens (indoors and outdoors), numerous areas to have separate down time, excellent in suite bedroom / bathrooms including three bedrooms suites with king beds, fabulous backyard with a private pool, and exceptionally clean with all amenities needed. The owners were also incredible; extremely responsive, gracious, accommodating, wonderfully helpful, and provided “concierge services” as well for any / all requests (housekeeping, chefs, beach passes, etc.).

A few of us moms plan a midweek getaway every year — and this trip to Water Mill/Southampton was our favorite yet. We’ve stayed in some stunning homes over the years, but this one truly exceeded all expectations. Unlike many properties, it’s even more beautiful in person — spacious, serene, and clearly designed with care and intention.Each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished and incredibly comfortable, with its own bathroom, giving everyone plenty of privacy and space to unwind. The layout is ideal for groups, with multiple gathering areas both indoors and out — from cozy living rooms and reading nooks to outdoor lounges, a fire pit, garden, dining areas, and a poolside terrace.We brought in a chef one evening and enjoyed an unforgettable dinner overlooking the pool and beautifully landscaped backyard. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean and organized throughout our stay, which made the entire experience feel effortless and truly relaxing.The location is also perfect — peaceful and private, yet just minutes from Southampton, Bridgehampton, and Sag Harbor. Everything felt easy and accessible without sacrificing that sense of retreat.Our days were spent between beach outings and lounging by the heated saltwater pool, and we ended each night with wine under the stars or tucked into one of the many inviting living spaces.This home would be just as perfect for a multigenerational family trip — the bunk room is a dream for kids, the first-floor primary suite is access

Top-notch property - exceeded expectations

If you're looking for a luxury vacation property in the Hamptons for a group, look no further. We just had an extended family get-together this past week here, and loved our stay (and we have a picky group)! This is one of those properties where the photos don't do the property justice, and you won't be disappointed when you arrive. * Beautiful house and property * Everything is relatively new and high-end * Lots of space, indoors and outdoors * Very clean, and the host had it cleaned during our stay * Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, plenty of full bathrooms * Lots of amenities - three sets of laundry machines, two fridges, desks in the bedrooms, smart TVs with Netflix and other subscriptions in many rooms, etc. * Large kitchen with whatever you need for cooking. Really enjoyed the Jura E8 espresso machine. Large Weber grill outside. * Pool was perfect for lounging in * Tranquil, with no noise from any neighbors. The host/owner is a great guy, easy to work with, highly responsive to questions or concerns. If there's something you need to make your stay better, just ask him and he'll work with you to figure something out. One of the best hosts we've ever had! Looking forward to coming back!

Luxurious Summer House - Perfect for Families!

This house and property exceeded all expectations and made for the perfect multi-family accomodations and week out in the Hamptons. The location is ideal in the middle of the Hamptons making it easy to get to various towns and beaches, very central, exactly where you want to be. Everything in the home is top notch new, high end fixtures and appliances and decorator done! Each bedroom and living space are unique and so well thought out and designed: four to five separate sleeping areas for privacy, a main family room off the kitchen plus a den with sliding doors, a huge playroom and TV space for school aged children to spend time, multiple laundry spaces...the list goes on. Endless top amenities: two sets of refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, a Jura coffee machine! This house is ideal for at-home cooking with children and two families staying in at night. The outside grounds and space are stunning: a huge dining table and sitting area off the family room and kitchen (*string lights at nighttime*), a big yard and playground for kids to run and play, a firepit for making smores, a beautiful garden, and the most gorgeous pool to cool off in! The hosts: Prithvi and family have thoughtfully designed, decorated and stocked the home with everything needed for a stay. Privthi was very communicative, responsive and a great host. We are so grateful to him and his family for opening their home to us for a memorable stay in the Hamptons! We look forward to returning again!

Amazing stay & perfect host - exceeded all expectations at this awesome home!

Our stay at Prithvi's home in Water Mill in the Hamptons was incredible. Not only was the home brand new and beautifully furnished as described, but Prithvi was also an amazing host - very responsive, easy to work with and incredibly helpful with coordinating and helping us organize our visit. We travelled to Water Mill with our extended family, including 3 siblings with young children, and elderly grandparents. The home was perfect for our group and had plenty of room to spread out. Bedrooms: - The bedrooms were large all with en-suite baths, nicely separated from one another (the house has 4 separate wings) so they had enough privacy and were extremely comfortable. - The first floor bedroom was enormous and perfect for elderly grandparents who didn't want to risk going up and down stairs. - The two "kids bedrooms" are ideal for kids with a crib, kids beds and a jack and jill tub. - All the bedrooms had room to spread out Living space - on the main floor, there's 3 separate living areas so we could hang out as a group in the massive living room, or break off and have kids playing in the den while adults separated into groups into the living areas. In addition, the basement is ridiculous - there's a TV room with an 85" TV and surround sound that everyone loved, and three separate hang out areas. Kitchen - the kitchen is brand new and beautiful. Everything is super high end and very convenient (2 dishwashers!!!). We tried the outdoor pizza oven which was a ton of fun! Property - the house is on a huge lot with plenty of room for kids to run around with the largest kids play set we've ever seen with a climbing wall, tire swing, etc. The deck has a large outdoor table and seating areas. Location - The house is centrally located - we were able to get to Southampton town in 5 minutes, and to Sag Harbor in about 15 minutes. Host - Prithvi was super responsive and easy to work with. We booked last minute, and he went above and beyond to be accommodating and responsive (he responds immediately via text), and was very friendly and easy to work with. This is a beautiful home. You can tell that Prithvi and his family have thoughtfully invested in it as their weekend home and want others to have a wonderful and memorable experience, which makes it ideal for an extended family vacation. Our entire family loved this vacation and we would definitely stay at Prithvi's house again - next time in summer so we can enjoy the pool, garden and beach!
