Nouvelle construction Southampton 6 BR, 6. 5 Bath, 5 chef-d'œuvre de cheminée.

Ce chef-d'œuvre de 7000 pieds carrés a été achevé en 2011 et comprend 6 chambres (toutes avec salle de bains privative complète avec douche), 6. 5 salles de bains, une piscine chauffée au gunite 20x40, une grande cuisine gastronomique équipée des derniers appareils et deux lave-vaisselle, et cinq foyers au gaz. Il y a un Master BR et un Junior Master BR, chacun pourvu d'un lit King Size. Une magnifique clôture en verre a récemment été installée autour du périmètre de la piscine, alliant sécurité pour les enfants avec une apparence et une sensation luxueuses. Les films / sports peuvent être appréciés sur un écran de projection HD de 133 'dans le théâtre ou sur l'écran plat de 65' dans le salon. Les décorations et finitions intérieures sont de bon goût et de la plus haute qualité dans toute la maison. La majorité des toilettes ont des sièges chauffants. Situé sur une impasse, la maison et ses environs sont à la fois privés et calmes.

Un porche couvert garantit la capacité de griller malgré les intempéries ainsi qu'un endroit ombragé pour se détendre. Le gril à gaz extérieur a 6 brûleurs et il y a aussi un gril à charbon. Une belle salle à manger et une grande table extérieure offrent la possibilité de déguster un repas à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Une des chambres peut être livrée avec un lit bébé si vous le souhaitez, d'autres articles pratiques pour les enfants sont également disponibles (table à langer, chaise haute, etc.). La laveuse et la sécheuse LG sont situées au rez-de-chaussée et au niveau supérieur. Des haut-parleurs intégrés dans la cuisine, la salle à manger, le porche, la piscine, le salon et le théâtre offrent une diffusion parfaite de la musique de votre choix dans la zone de votre choix. Les amateurs de sauna s'émerveilleront du sauna russe / Banya 8x10 construit sur mesure et immaculé. Une expérience luxueuse du début à la fin. La maison est plus belle en personne que les images peuvent capturer. Ma femme et moi sommes particulièrement fiers de notre maison et de nous assurer que vous viviez une expérience parfaite dans les Hamptons.

Wonderful home, great location

This home was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we needed and more and is in a perfect location in Southampton. You’re 5 mins from town, but it feels secluded and private. The host is very responsive and accommodating and helped make our stay perfect. We hope to come back and stay here again soon!

Before booking, I looked at numerous properties throughout the Hamptons—from Hampton Bays to Montauk to Southampton. I was searching for a place that was peaceful, beautiful, exceptionally clean, and still conveniently located near great restaurants and attractions. This home exceeded every expectation.And for context, I'm very picky when it comes to accommodations. This property checked every box. Our stay at this Southampton home was absolutely wonderful. The owner was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and gracious, accepting every request we had and making the entire experience seamless from start to finish.From sharing recommendations on where to eat and what to visit, to ensuring the house was fully stocked with everything we needed, every detail was thoughtfully handled. The bedrooms were immaculate, the bathrooms were beautiful, and the entire property was spotless.Despite the rainy weather for a couple of days over Memorial Day weekend, our family still thought this was one of the best vacations we've ever had. We made wonderful memories here and truly enjoyed every moment. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a special Hamptons getaway.

We had a wonderful week at Daniel's beautiful home in Southampton. The pictures are accurate and amenities were great. Daniel also provided plenty of beach/pool towels, linens, bath products) and a well stocked kitchen and bbq area. The house was beautiful but our favorite part was the big outside patio to relax, have dinner and enjoy the pool. The house is very close to town to pick up supplies or go out to eat. Sag Harbor is also just a 20 minute drive. Daniel was very quick to respond to our questions and was so helpful in providing local guidance as well.

Amazing stay in the Hamptons!

What an incredible home. The property was great for a family get together and the house was very perfect. It truly felt like a home and not like a "rental". The rooms and beds were all very comfortable, and there was tons to do for the kids. We truly had an all around great stay and cannot recommend Daniel and his home enough. Almost as importantly, Daniel was so flexible with all of the scheduling issues that we had and went above and beyond to work with us... thank you again.

This house is GORGEOUS!! Great multi-generational house!!

We absolutely loved 3 Hannah’s Court! It’s beautiful, comfortable and Daniel was awesome to work with! We were in SH for our son’s wedding with different family members from all over the country. It was perfect for relaxing and hanging out together in between events. It’s all set up for babies of all ages and has awesome toys for every age too! We had a private chef come one night and being served a delicious dinner in the lovely dining room was very special! We would definitely stay here again! Fabulous experience!!!! 🙏🤩❤️

Lovely House, Very Helpful Owner

A group of ten stayed in this house for 4 nights in February; the house was terrific - clean, well decorated and carefully cared for. We were able to find all of the materials we needed in the kitchen and the music system and television were easy to operate. All of the rooms were extremely tidy and bathrooms and linens pristine. We also thoroughly enjoyed their sauna in the basement (with room for 6, at least). Daniel was very organized and was in touch with all of the details/recs we could need for our stay and was super responsive / available during the weekend itself. The house is about ten minutes from town and private. I would highly recommend this home!

Girlfriends' Getaway

This home is amazing - beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful Hamptons experience. We had 9 women who have been together for decades and frequently travel to luxurious places. We give this a 5+ and Daniel is super responsive to whatever you need. Loved it!

Amazing home for the perfect family getaway!

The photos online do not do this property justice. This home is immaculate and the decorating and layout are an absolute dream. This is the most beautiful home that is perfect for anyone, especially those with small children. In addition to the property being fenced off, the pool has a beautiful glass fence that made me feel very comfortable with 3 small children staying in the house. Daniel also provided us with a high chair and crib, which made packing very easy. The kitchen also has a small table for toddlers. The weather was perfect for our trip, but the A/C did break which was not the home owners fault. He sent someone immediately to repair it and even gave us a credit for the inconvenience. You will not be disappointed. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! We hope to return next year.

Fabulous Weekend Getaway!

This is the first time we have ever rented a vacation home., I can not say enough about this amazing beautiful home!!! The home is so spacious , beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could ever need! The host, Daniel was so accessible during our entire stay! The location is fantastic , only minutes from town and in a private cul de sac. It was the perfect getaway during this crazy time we are all in, for the long weekend we actually were super relaxed and life seemed so normal! Would 1000% recommend this home!

Holiday celebration with family

We rented this home to bring together children and grandchildren for an early Christmas celebration. The house was just as pictured. Beautiful and so comfortable for our entire family gathering! Daniel was a great host and so easy to work with. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook , with all the utensils, tools and serving pieces you would need. In fact the entire house was well stocked with the necessary supplies, making it so easy to simply arrive, unpack and enjoy the vacation and the many amenities in the area. There is nothing I would change about this house. It was a great choice that the entire family enjoyed!

The Perfect House with Perfect High End Amenities

Our family has an annual retreat in the Hamptons and our stay here was the best one we've had. The home is brand new and everything is beautiful and all the finishes were high end and luxurious. The home is really large with a lot of space for large families. The pool area was well appointed, with a really nice glass gate for protection for our kids without feeling like it was in the way. There was a built in music system in the living room, kitchen and outside that made our stay feel like we were at a resort. It really is a special home. The owner is also really accommodating and responsive to any requests or needs during the stay. He truly made us feel at home. The owner also takes pride in the home, making sure everything is always working and all needs are met. Would highly recommend the stay and we intend to become regulars here.

Beautiful property — excellent service!

My friends and I have a wonderful weekend this Fall in South Hampton at this wonderful home. Daniel was an excellent host, so on top of everything and proactively checking into to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is well suited for large groups, designed meticulously and laid out well for entertaining or just relaxing — we did both! I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to stay there again soon.

The Ultimate Vacation Home!

We just returned from a two week stay at this gorgeous Southampton home. The owners were outstanding from the very beginning, and couldn't have been more accommodating! The home is beautiful both inside and out, providing child safety at every turn. Double sets of Washer/Dryers both upstairs and down helped with our never ending laundry. Perfect for us since we had 3 children under the ages of 3. Loved the location and the convenience to both Southampton and Sag Harbor. So much to do including the nearby Seven Ponds Orchard with pick/ur/own fruits and veggies and a wonderful playground! Looking forward to our return. Happy to submit this review...just don't take the two weeks we want next year!!
