Kick back and relax in this newly renovated condo in central Austin. Ground floor unit with a designated close parking space surrounded by Austin’s best restaurants and coffee shops. Steps away from UT and hiking/biking trails. This all new one bedroom condo has comfortable bedding, washer/dryer, TVs in each room, and kitchen with all the appliances you will need.

Come and enjoy what Austin has to offer!

The space:
650 sqft. King bed in primary with Queen pullout sofa bed in living room. SMART TVs in both living (55") room and bedroom (43"). 300+MB Wi-Fi.

The condo is located in the Heritage district and is ranked one of the best places to live in Austin. It is located in a quiet and newly renovated building and is an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, University of Texas and hiking/biking trails.

There is a designated parking spot right in front of building with easy access to the ground floor condo. Additional parking spaces are available for visitors.

Super clean. Modern chic minimalism for easy cleaning and homey vibes. Close to some of the best spots in Austin. The stress free of parking is a top for a family with little ones. The hotel-style preparation for the guest is subpar and the complimentary is clutch for busy mornings. I loved to visit my hometown and have such a comfortable stress-free stay.

This place and location were excellent. Safe neighborhood, place was very clean and well stocked. Off street parking and close to lots of restaurants. Rich was simple to get hold of and very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

I had the most amazing stay at Rich’s condo. He contacted me directly prior to the trip with detailed instructions on everything, was extremely accommodating, and check-in was simple. Everything is as advertised in the condo. It is beautiful and it made my trip to Austin so relaxing and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay again if in Austin.

Very clean place with Keurig cups, black makeup towels, extra towels etc. There is nothing the owner hasn’t thought of. Walking distance to Honey Moon and 34th Street Cafe - we enjoyed both a lot. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite VRBO in Austin! It is so clean, comfortable and inviting. Rich is a very communicative and thorough host. He explains everything in detail and the apartment has every amenity you need.

Everything about this condo is perfect! The location; you can walk to restaurants and stores. There are sidewalks everywhere you go. It was clean and modern and Rich stocked it with everything you could possibly need. It was also very quiet. We will stay here again!

We had an impeccable stay in Austin at Rich’s place. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we could ever need for a weekend stay. The location is great, about a 10min walk to UT campus and 20min walk to Darrell K. Royal Stadium. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood is safe. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Rich, the host was very attentive and welcoming. The amenities were very nice. The king size bed was very comfortable, I loved the coffee maker and the variety of coffee provided. The appliances all seemed new and were in great condition.I do have a couple of suggestions. Add a cheese grater, more hooks in the bathroom or bedroom for damp towels and the louvers on the air vent in the living area don't adjust. When the air comes on it blows things of the countertop. Need to be able to adjust them to tilt up. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably book the condo again.

From the very beginning, I knew that I was not dealing with an amateur! Rich was amazing, even from the first communication! Rich gave us so many instructions and I really appreciated the videos to inform us even before we got to the house so I would know what to expect. I have never dealt with this level of customer service before in the rentals that I’ve had! This apartment was perfect for me and my little family. Rich had thought of everything. We love the elevated upgrades and rich décor of the apartment, including the showerhead! If there was anything that we thought we needed, it was there! Rich has so many special touches that it was hard to name just one, but if I had to highlight anything, it would be the showerhead, the fact that all of the toiletries were available for us, and the amazing set up of the kitchen. I loved that Rich didn’t just provide us with items, but he provided us with ELEVATED equipment.The apartment was so conveniently located that we only had to drive about 15 minutes to ANYTHING we wanted, and I really enjoyed my morning walks in this beautiful neighborhood. I want everyone to rent from Rich because he really is the best, but I almost want to keep the secret well hidden because you just can’t beat the price, the convenient location and the customer service. We never really needed anything, but when I reached out to tell Rich how great everything was, Rich responded promptly. RENT HERE! You will not regret it! We will be back!
