Sparrow Pond Cottages are located in the West Beach area of Kiawah Island, SC. The cottage is one block from the new West Beach Cougar Golf Clubhouse/restaurant/bar. We have a neighborhood gated pool about a block away, then the beach is another block away. I have a hot water enclosed shower on a deck downstairs, porch swing, chairs and a child's picnic table. Great place for a shower after the beach.
Bikes and boogie boards available
Crabbing nets available
NICE DOGS ALLOWED with pet fee.
H/S wireless internet.
No smoking property.

Wonderful Stay

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Sparrow Pond Cottage. The location in proximately to the beach and the pool was perfect. The cottage had everything we needed and Peggy was a perfect host. We can't wait to go back!

Great Beach Vacation

We had a great vacation at this Sparrow Pond Cottage. The cottage is close to the beach and comes fully equipped with everything you need. The owner was very responsive, and when we had a couple of minor issues, she had it fixed immediately. Our Poodle gives it 2 paws up!!!

Look No Further!

Great location near pool, beach, walking and bike trails. Very nicely furnished! Homeowner checked to make sure we made it safely and to see if accommodations were to our satisfaction- great personal touch!

Great dog friendly cottage, wonderful beach.

Extra nice cottage, nicely furnished, kitchen fully stocked, love the hot water shower downstairs. Shower good for people and dogs and keeps the sand out of the cottage. Easy walk to the beach, love the biking on the bike paths and the beach at low tide. Good decks, table and chairs, and gas grill.

Great cottage. More like a home. Furnished very nicely, well stocked kitchen. Extra clean.

Great location. About four minute walk to the pool, and beach another five minutes. Very nice enclosed hot water shower on the downstairs deck. Helps keep the sand out of the cottage. Owner provided a basket of beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Great decks, grill and deck furniture. We had most dinners on the deck. I would definitely recommend. We are planning a fall rental.

Wonderful Location!!!

We stayed last March for the whole month and had a fabulous time. The cottage came with everything we could need. It was clean, cute and had a short walk to the beach. We walked or rode the bikes on the many bike trails and the beach everyday. Kiawah Island is such a beautiful place that we are returning next year for another month.

This is a perfect cottage for family. The Sparrow Pond cottages are a short walk to our pool, and then another block to the beach. This is an easy, comfortable cottage - great decks! Nice dogs welcome.
