Welcome to our cozy alley house tucked right in the heart of Campus Corner! This thoughtfully designed tiny home offers a unique and convenient stay—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a small group. Inside, you’ll find a comfy queen bed, a stylish living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a snug yet full bathroom, and a compact kitchen that has everything you need.

Please note: The bathroom is located inside the bedroom, which makes it extra convenient for those sleeping there. However, if anyone is using the sleeper sofa in the living room, they’ll need to walk through the bedroom to access it. At just 342 square feet, you’ll still have everything you need!

With the University of Oklahoma just steps away, you’ll be surrounded by great shops, diverse dining options, lively bars, and local events. Whether you’re here for game day, a campus visit, or just to explore Norman, this is the perfect home base for your stay!

Awesome location just off the beaten path but really close to Campus Corner and the central OU Campus. Looks like a massively refurbished shed or garage, well appointed, and just right for a couple or OU parents looking for a convenient place to stay very close to the school. While it does sleep 4, I'd say the ideal booking is 1-2 people. Tony the Property Manager was in close communication throughout and provided a lot of great information. With our daughter likely in Norman at least another 3 years, we'll definitely keep this place at the top of our list for places to stay when we visit.

Fit my family’s needs 2 adults and 2 small teenagers for touring the OU campus including the OU football game. Walking distance to food, campus, and merch stores 100% great, also huge economical savings during game day weekend.

Cozy and convenient

Convenient location close to campus and campus corner restaurants and shops. Simple but comfortable. Was able to park right outside. I stayed on a Monday night and it was pretty quiet despite being in a busy spot with lots of student residents. The bed was comfortable, didn't get a chance to use the kitchen. Be aware that the shower is tiny.

quick overnight

We needed last minute stay close to campus for a game weekend one night only. Tiny home was just that, tiny but clean and comfortable for what we needed, just a place to sleep one night and be close to all the action. Bed was comfortable and pull out couch was perfect for sis-in-law we brought with. Shower/bathroom would be the only negative, very small, but worked for what we needed. The proximity to campus corner and stadium can't be beat! Easy hosts to work with and have stayed at another of their properties, the communication and cleanliness of the properties will keep us coming back!

My son needed a place to stay for a month to go to a summer session. Booked this place because of location to the school and that was the ONLY positive thing about it. There was so much water damage the sheet rock was soft to touch. The window unit in the living room would not keep things cool. The smoke alarm had to be disassembled and was not fixed while he was there. But the main issue is the host is not helpful at all!! We needed to extend the stay an extra 30 mins and were charged an extra 125. Would not recommend this place to anyone and I have never left a bad review on anything!

We’re disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the reality of this guest’s stay. The mention of “water damage” refers to minor Sheetrock repairs that resulted from the historic citywide flooding in Norman. We offered to fix it immediately, but the guest specifically asked that we wait until after departure. Those repairs were completed right away. The AC unit and smoke alarm were never brought up during the stay, and we’ve had no issues with either. The smoke alarm simply required a battery replacement, which was promptly addressed. Regarding the late checkout: the reservation clearly stated an August 1 checkout by noon (we approved a late checkout of noon instead of our normal 11:00) at the latest so our cleaners could prepare the home for the next arrival. The guest’s son did not vacate on time, our cleaners could not access the property, and there was also an undisclosed pet inside barking like crazy at our cleaners. Because the unit remained occupied beyond checkout and our schedule was disrupted, an additional nightly charge was applied — not a fee for “30 minutes,” but for the extra day the unit was unavailable. We strive to be fair, clear, and responsive with all guests, and our many positive reviews reflect this. Unfortunately, this review was left only after we enforced our policies consistently and honored the guest’s own request to delay repairs until after their stay.
