Great place to stay

Our stay was great! The condo was complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and it was incredibly clean and welcoming. I loved the binder of information on the surrounding area! Along with that, we got UT post cards with our stationary sets which made it even more welcoming! Thank you Debra!

Nice clean place

My son stayed there a month while he was training at a nearby jiu jitsu gym. He said that the place was clean, very nice and liked the trees and nature around the apartment.

Cozy and comfortable!

The place was overall great! Wonderful location - cozy and comfortable! We had a great time in Austin! This condo was perfect for what we needed. The only ‘negative’ was the water temperature in the shower, it was on the cold side... It was nice to be somewhere a little ‘more home-y’ than a stuffy hotel room.

Great studio rental. Very clean, comfortable. Good location in Hyde Park area. Newly renovated bathroom and main area. Kitchen is small but really all you need. Owner was very helpful and accomodating. Good value for what you get. I have stayed in lots of Homeaway and VRBO accomodations in Austin - this is one of the best for value/location/comfort.

Clean, Easy, and Great Location!

We hosted family for the holidays and didn't have room for everyone. So we booked our two grown sons at this apartment just around the corner from us. It was absolutely perfect! It’s clean, fresh, and comfortable. And just a few blocks from Hyde Park coffee shops and restaurants. Debra was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this spot.

Perfect location and neighborhood

We loved our stay, very quiet area, no noise from other condos. I would say this is the cleanest vrbo we have ever stayed in. Great towels, including makeup towels. The ac was awesome, very warm during our visit. Lots of great restaurants and grocery store close by. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen looked liked it had everything you would need. In town to visit our daughter and would love to stay here again. Felt very safe. There are stairs and plenty of parking. Thanks for a great stay.

Good location, very adequate for our needs.

There was one tiny sharp knife in the kitchen. Made food prep challenging.. The owner was great and immediately replaced the Mr. Coffee that didn't work.

Great location, great little condo

Really cute condo in a great location. Nice walkable neighborhood close to everything. We were only there a few nights and did not use the kitchen but it seemed nicely appointed. Everything was very comfortable. Mattress was a little firm for us but might be ok for others.

Everything you could need, very comfortable and well equipped. Location is walking distance to lots of things and very easy to get to things that aren't. Very happy recommend this place!

Wonderful Stay!

This is a great place to stay, particularly for family of UT students as it's quite close to campus. It's quiet, clean and comfortable. Debra thought of everything we might need and has provided luxurious towels and comfy linens. The shower is so inviting, I took more showers than normal. Kitchen is stocked with all that is needed; you just provide the food.

Comfortable, clean and great location!

We rented Debra’s place during ACL and it was a great choice. The apartment is close to plenty of bus stops, the kitchen is perfect for short stays and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. Would recommend and probably be coming back!

Quiet spot in a historic neighborhood near the city!

We really enjoyed our stay at Debra's Hyde Park apartment. She was very accommodating and responsive to questions! The neighborhood provided coffeeshops/bakery and restaurants within walking distance, which we did every day. It was nice change of pace from the busy city, though located within a short drive to UT/Downtown. Neighbors were quiet and parking was easy. We saw lots of friendly people walking dogs and enjoyed exploring the history of Hyde Park (Google it!). I even found a small museum gem in the Elisabet Ney Museum, just blocks away! We will definitely consider this property again when we return to Austin.

The place was perfect for my husband and I! Really enjoyed the layout, the location was perfect and the place was really easy to find. A cheap enough lyft ride to some cool spots if we didn’t want to drive. Debra was really great! We will definitely come back!

Exactly what we were looking for!!

Great location with plenty of comforts to feel like an extension of home. Situated in a quiet complex, provided with basic essentials in kitchen and plenty of clean towels to get through your stay. Would stay in same place again if have the opportunity to come back to Austin
