Nestled on Main St (Route 28), it offers a central location for easy exploration. Discover the nearby Cockle Cove Beach, just .9miles away, offering pristine sands and refreshing ocean waves. Embrace outdoor adventures with direct access to the Cape Cod bike trail from the backyard steps. Relish the convenience of an outdoor shower and grill. Our Cockle Cottage takes full advantage of the single floor of living space, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, and the second bedroom has a twin bed and twin rollaway underneath. The living room has a futon couch and mounted TV to unwind. There is a full fridge, sink, and stovetop in the house as well as a full shower in the bathroom. Follow the deck off the front of the house back to a private outdoor shower and entertainment area with new privacy fence and stone fire pit!

Perfect Cape Escape

Cockle Cottage was perfect for our needs. It had a great outdoor sitting area and fire pit. We really enjoyed the easy access to the rail trail and walked to some of the local shops. The check in was super easy. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly.

Property and house were great. The right amount of room and excellent, private outdoor space. Met the caretaker at check-in. She was incredibly nice and accommodating. The house was fully stocked with anything we may need, including Crayons for my daughter. Would 100% stay again!

Wonderful Cape Getaway

Fantastic location, adorable cottage with most amenities. Backyard and entrance to bike trail were the highlights. Only thing to keep in mind is that ants and bugs are everywhere on the cape and when we arrived I had to spray the entry ways of the cottage inside and out to prevent further bugs from coming in.

Cute Chatham Cottage

Very cute cottage decorated w Chatham and Cape themes making ot all the more welcoming and intro to the Cape enviroment we love so much.Pleasantly surprised to see a bike bath right behind the yard ..where we enjoyed the grill and firepit.I hihgly recommend staying in Chatham (and this cottage,area)for what it offers if youre into the outdoors like i am ,a loy of conservation land,places to walk by the water,beautiful beaches Susan
