The house was pleasant and had lots of nice amenities. The split housing would make it nice for parent travelling with kids so the adults can have a private area while the kids can have the game room.

Fantastic Property

Very clean and well-appointed duplex. The game room is a huge bonus within this property. Great location for easy access to Loveland and Ft. Collins.

Such a greay stay!

Our son's birthday sleepover was EPIC thanks to Kami's amazing spot! The place is clean, decorated very nicely and all the basement amenities to keep the teen boys entertained. I definitely recommend staying here!

Girls Trip

It was perfect! Location was great it was so cute, clean every thing we needed. The manager was great to deal with. Will definitely use it again if in the area.

Above Reproach

Kami and Todd are extraordinary with precision in the way they provide services and amenities to house guests! Us, adults, and the kids were well entertained without ever turning on the television. The location of the home is within 5 minutes of walking trails, lakes, restaurants, and grocery stores. If we're ever in Loveland or Fort Collins area, we want to stay at Kami's and Todd's place. The whole experience with them and their place was above reproach!!!

Fantastic property. Photos don't do it justice.

Property worked perfectly for us as we were traveling with five total, ranging in age from 10 to 75. Grandma had basement bedroom w/ walk-in shower. Kids and parents were in upstairs bedrooms (King in one BR / 2 Queens in the other). We were in Loveland for a funeral and had some family members join us afterward. With the large kitchen, downstairs tv/game room, living room and sunroom, there was plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out and chat, while the kids played in the game room. Hosts added a gas grill which made for a nice cookout. The floor plan is very nice with comfortable and fun decor. Kitchen was well appointed. Everything looked and smelled clean and fresh. The house is centrally located and in a nice neighborhood, but having a one car garage was an unexpected bonus. Hosts were GREAT! Very responsive. Would gladly stay again.
